The shower head in room 528 needs to be replaced and the wrsitbands one of my sons lost it in the pool and they expect u to purchase another one for $10 if u want to enter the pool and have your breakfast that was already paid for. Cheap wristbands if they don't want this issue they meed to provide better wristbands these don't last in water and easly come off. I asked if I could have another one for my son cause we were all gonna have breakfast and they said no I had to purchase a new one for $10. I told them they could check how many guests we paid for and if he can just get another one they said NO.
