Property was nice. The heat did not work in our room and the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The staff did bring up extra blankets for the bed to sorta make a pallet on the bed. Maintenance did come up and try to fix the heat, ultimately it was not fixable and we got a plug in heater. It would’ve been nice if we were offered some kind of credit or a few free meals but no one said anything to us. Although maintenance was very apologetic about the situation.

Great breakfast bad beds

The stay was Good. We loved the options of the 2 bar/grills. Pool was super cold and no hot tub. The access to the beach was super easy. Staff was super friendly. The free breakfast is a huge hit! The rooms were tidy and a good size for my family of 4. The beds were super uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up in the morning feeling like we had been working out and sore from the night before! That was a huge let down.

The hotel is very clean. You can always see staff around the building cleaning. The pool was nice and it was great to be able to walk to the beach. The restaurant next door and in the hotel were great. Breakfast was good. Always great seating and the staff did a great job cleaning the tables. Our room had great space. We will be staying here again in the future. Only downside was the parking lot was always super busy.

Swimming pool doesn’t have heated water, it was cold for kids . I’ve been in other places around as thybhae the heated pool , I’m impress because this place isexeptional except this matter
