Nice stay at the beautiful beach

The mattress was comfortable. The room was spacious. With plenty of room for all the stuff you need for the beach. The room was swept and mopped daily and the towels changed daily which is very helpful for all the sand you get from the beach. Parking is not ideal, you walk across the street, so loading and unloading is best at the drive up entrance. They did have handicap parking and charging stations available. The pool was very nice and restaurant was a nice amenity. But I highly suggest eating at local restaurants. WiFi was available and easy to access. There is a nice little gift shop to get beach items food and meds that you may need without having to leave the hotel.

The property was clean and staff was courteous but very dissatisfied in the event that i was celebrating my partners bday so i was advised to purchase extra wrist bands for my daughter , husband and my 3 grandchildren and once there i noticed very very few kids had bracelets on so i asked the security officer on site and he said kids didnt teally matter that it was tge adults that they over looked tge most so yea that was one disappointment and then too noisy in the middle of the night that i had to call front desk and report it and to top it off i wqs told i was getting a very nice ocean view and due to them not having the rooms ready on time i didnt like the side view of the neighbors parking lot!! Very extensive hotel but very unsatisfying.

It’s very close to the beach which is very convenient maybe a 2 minute walk, the kids area in the pool is more for older toddlers not 1-2 yr olds, we went on a Sunday and we had to park across the street no parking on the hotel it was a far walk. 4/5 bc of that . Clean overall

The food was great. The dreams were good. Love the pool, but the bed comfort. What's like sleeping on a bed of rocks? Not comfortable at all. Disappointed did not get a Good night's sleep. They need to do better on the bed

When booking with Marriott, you expect a certain level of service/standard. Upon arrival there were issues in the room. It was dirty and not clean. We were a party of 4 and only got towels for 2. Technically we only got 1 because the one towel was disgusting. There was hair left in the bathroom and I purposely left it to see if they cleaned the room. Nope it was there the whole entire stay. I spoke to management, Alvaro. He just yes me to death and I figured things would get better. It only got worse. I literally had to hunt for towels everyday. I purposely would not leave them on the floor to have them changed, but they would take them off the hooks and only leave me 2. It wasn't till checkout the manager Vanessa actually heard me and took care of us. If we only spoke to her sooner because she genuinely went out of her way to make things right.

This was a really good hotel!! Loved the room, the service, the pool, and how close to the beach it is. I already have next weekend booked and will keep booking this place if prices are affordable. Only thing that is not the best is parking. We got lucky to find something in the area of the hotel, but people were fighting for those spots. And if you can’t find anything you have to park across the street.

The stay was great but hotels.com over charged my stay by around $200. The room if booked by the hotel without hotels.com would have been about $377 but with hotels.com it cost around $545.
