Chek in was at 4 we got there at 2 we did pre registration and they said they would call when room was ready never got a call went back at 3:30 they said no it would probably be ready at 4 ok understandable chek in is at 4 but when 4:15 get here and no call i go to recepción and ask again and still my room was not ready i was mad tired and end of story room was given at 4:40

What I like ?? The Beach Location, Hotel overall was asking for a major upgrade and cleaning service, overall the filthy rooms are in need of major upgrades, Bathroom was filthy, stains in shower tub, staff was very rude, they give the impression that they don’t want to be there, the lobby carpet seems to be from the 1980 and never clean. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

They need more handicap parking spaces. I had my 75 year mom and couldn’t park close and if they had parking it was one spot on each corner of the building. We got to check in early. It our hotel wasn’t ready. But they did say we could use the pool while we waited. They did give us a bottom floor bc the cabanas don’t have an elevator. That was nice of them. The stay was nice and we loved being able to walk to the beach. It was so close. Too bad we were exhausted that we didn’t get to listen to the band. We would return here but get a different room and stay longer

Hit or miss stay

For the most part it was nice. Some of the staff was not very nice or friendly. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned and never got towels. When we asked for a later check out they insisted the room needed to be cleaned haha! Some of the staff was nice to us others were rude. I will say our bed was super comfortable. The pool and beach access was great. Jacuzzi jets news to be fixed. The seafood in the restaurant was the best out of all the places we ate on the island. Breakfast was a miss but we do suggest the mussels, peel and eat shrimp, and the oysters.

The ONLY thing that there might be to complain about, is that they need someone to come in and do a little TLC. Everything else was great though. Ended up eating at Windjammers 3 nights in a row because the food was so good! Beach is incredible, I think it’s bs that you have to pay so much for chairs and umbrella at the beach. $50 nearly? Why? Am I not spending enough already? That’s my only complaint.

I am disabled and require, due to blood sugar numerous small meals throughout the day to maintain a normal level. Upon booking this room it stated ocean view , an breakfast included. Both were lies. Nowhere in the description or amenities. Does it say no microwave, No elevator, no ice machine. I discovered this upon arrival after a very late check.In spoke with the front desk who advised me that I need to speak with the manager in the morning.We reserved a room for 5 nights. And to start it off, it was not a beach view. There was no microwave. It was on the 2nd floor with no elevator and it was impossible to get in contact with management in order to resolve this issue. Or even to allow me to check out and stay somewhere else to wear. My health issues are at least accommodated. I'd try to make the management aware of this situation.Numerous times told the front desk.Numerous times to no Avail.I was told that I needed to check out by 11am With no guarantees I'd be refunded The eleven hundred dollars I had paid in advance for this room That was clearly not as described when booking. Long story short everyday?I tried to see about getting refund on the Unstayed nights I never received any Resolution Nor did I ever hear from management Nor did any of the. Staff try to Accommodate my medical needs

The water when showering smells really bad. The service was lousy doing check-in. I had to wait almost 2 hours before I was able to get into my room. Check in with the four I didn’t get in my room until 10 minutes until 10 minutes till 6 PM. I will never stay at that resort again, and I will tell others not to as well.
