It was an unfortunate experience. The front desk do not greet customers. Initially one staff asked me to go to the closest gas station and get 100 us dollar cash for each family members due to their spring break policy. I got the $400 from ATM at closest gas station. Then another staff at registration told me , this policy was not for families and only applied to spring breakers. The first night was distaster , the room upstairs around 2 am were having sex and their noises were horible . I am glad my teenage boys were sleep at the time. Despite 2 nights and 3 days reservation, we left the next morning. If you have family, this is not the place to stay. Despite pating through expedia, they still charged me for room service which was not even requested. Avoid this place . Probably a motel would be more suitable than this place that call themselves a resort. Horible place to be at. I wish I could give them no star at all. Shahin

I didn’t like the fact that on Expedia it showed that check out time and when I got there the staff told me it was a whole hour earlier. As well as how they added extra fees to my condo that I didn’t know about when I got there. They also charged me an extra $40 for me and my partner for “guest fees” even though I was the one who rented it.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was amazing and the amenities were nice, apart from the the gym. However, there was a $100 cash fee we were unaware of. It was not listed anywhere on the booking site. In addition, one staff member said the $100 was a resort fee, but another one said it was a damage fee. I would have liked if they were more consistent with their explanations about the fee. Also, our room keys didn’t work. I would definitely come back again.

The Resort was very average but the service was lacking. We had an issue with the television in the room and advised the front desk. It was never addressed. Not a big deal, we weren't there to watch tv, but the lack of concern by management was troubling. This is an aging resort, the grounds were nice, but the rooms were worn at best.
