We like staying here. The pool was not as heated as it usually is … other than that, it is a Great price with newly remodeled rooms and free breakfast! Best bargain on the Island!

Everything was excellent. Check in was easy. The place is family friendly. The hotel also has its own kid pool. Very appealing. The pool bar & grill had amazing food and service! With incredible beach views and access.

The entire staff was beyond helpful. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had at any lodging. I would definately stay again but would like to see a little improvement in a few areas. Many older adults seem to frequent this hotel and with only 4 Handicap parking spaces it is difficult to procure one of them. Elevator access was spotty. Seems hotel posts signs on elevators that state elevator out of service when in fact it is not out of service but they need housekeeping staff to be able to use the elevators. We are 3 older ladies that had an elevator right next to our room that was marked out of service at least 3 1/2 days. We were on the 3rd floor and had a person that couldn't navigate the stairs. We also had a tornado warning in the middle of the night and the hotel did not address it at all. All in all the staff in the Bar/Restaurant was excellent. The food there was fresh, hot, and reasonably priced. The heated pool is a very nice feature in March.

The airport closed and we had to leave one day early. I apologised and the front desk clerk said not to worry and she would refund my one night of stay. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. When I still had not received a refund I called and the manager said he would not refund me the $60 because it was not their fault the airport closed. I explained it had already been promised to me and all he could say was that he would remind his staff that there are no refunds. I was shocked.

Clean, but not the best.

The entrance of the hotel is nice but dated. Check-in was smooth no issues. As we made our way to the room I did notice that the public areas were clean and maintained. Our room was very clean, but once we laid down on the beds they felt horrible. It felt like if we made one wrong turn we would have broken the bed in half. Both beds were very noisy and idk if it was the springs or the base that kept cracking but I was uncomfortable during the night. The blanket is paper thin so I would reccomend taking your own blanket. The pillows were fluffy to the touch but felt flat when you laid your head on them. I had to use 3 pillows just to be able to fall asleep. The AC was very cold so we did like it. The breakfast area was nice, the food was fresh, and the breakfast host was very sweet and welcoming. Overall the experience was okay, we paid on about $80 per night and I feel like we got the quality we paid for.
