Service at Landshark restaurant was terrible, dirty tables, food was average at best. We lost power in our bathroom, dining options were limited. The staff at the restaurant and lobby were understaffed and apethetic. We will not be visiting again.

It’s a pretty resort with beautiful views and a nice pool, although there is no hot tub. We probably wouldn’t stay again because there is no continental breakfast, not even coffee. Not only was it expensive to eat at the on site restaurant, there is absolutely no fridge space in the room, you can barely keep 4 drinks cold, so saving leftovers is not an option.

I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that since we booked a condo, there was an extra $125 fee for room service. After spending an additional $200 more per say regular room per night, I just don't feel this is right. So for 4 days & 5 nights our room was not checked once because I wasn't going to pay the extra fee. Same towels our entire stay. I also noticed an additional daily fee resort fee of $25 per day. It appears upfront that multiple items are included but behind the scenes there are fees for everything. Nice place but not worth the money if you are trying to watch your spending.

Was a wonderful stay, not enough lounge chairs around the pool. Look at all of your receipts, we were overcharged on drinks a couple times. Will definitely come back. Beautiful pool, cozy rooms, very comfortable beds, pillows. Staff was nice.
