Owner was so rude and racist and referred me as you stupid people me being a Hispanic. They’re is a reason why he only helps you through a window. Because like that he can tell you whatever he wants to you.

Location: Room 118. 10-15 minutes away from South Padre Island. Pros: The king sized bed was comfortable and clean. The fridge seemed to be new and clean. Spacious room. Cheaper than most hotels on South Padre Island. Cons: The stovetop had foil under the burners. Although it came with a full kitchen, no pots or pans, or even mugs were provided. The floors were not cleaned well. The room had a smell. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t fully drain. The shower pressure was low. Only a select few of the TV channels worked. The inn seemed more like an extended stay than somewhere I’d want to be while on vacation. If you can get past that and just need somewhere to sleep for cheaper than nearby hotels, then there you have it.

Dirty counter top. Dirty on top of couch bed. Dirty on top of cabinet doors. Badly need of updates. Only got 3 towels & 2 wash clothes & one hand towel & one bath mat for 4 people. And towels were very scratchy. Also arrived was meet with a angry customer in front of me & i think the staff was really not handling it very well. Also ac was set of 64 it was freezing.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Cleanliness

This place was a big letdown. The photos online looked nice, but the actual room was nothing like them. After accidentally spilling water on the bed, I asked for extra blankets and was told none were available. The front desk staff was rude and made no effort to help. We tried using the sofa bed, but it had no sheets and the mattress was stained. Again, we were told there were no clean sheets because they had run out. There were also no clean towels or basic toiletries, and to make things worse, there was leftover food in the oven—clearly the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The only positive was the location, close to H-E-B and Walmart. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the poor service and lack of cleanliness. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
