A waste of money. I paid $732 for 3 nights at this hotel, and was promised certain benefits under my expedia membership. Upon arrival the hotel told me those were no longer offered and didn’t bother trying to amend the situation by offering anything in exchange. Friends I was with stayed in a similar room for the same amount of nights and paid $300. The rooms were dirty and humid. It took 30 minutes for us to get fresh towels the 2nd day, and when we arrived all the power in our room didn’t work due to a broken power cord. They don’t even offer free coffee snd the machine at the front where you buy coffee had sour milk. Not impressed by anything about this property.

The property was great for families and is located right on the beach. The area around the hotel is walkable, with dozens of things to do and dining options nearby. The hotel is older and shows some signs of the time, like slow elevators and the pool areas in slight need of repair. Staff was helpful and gave a late check out when asked.

Nice, clean hotel with wonderful food and service on the cleanest beach. Rooms were could and clean, beds were comfy and rates were very reasonable for what we received. Food was delicious and because we were there for only 2 days we chose to eat onsite for all meals. Shout out to Nancy, am breakfast server/manager, Scott at the beach restaurant and Roberto, evening server. Did I mention there’s a swim up bar, lol?

Our bathroom was tiny. So much so that we had to push the door hard to open it as it would scrape right up against the toilet. The towels had stains, the lamp shades had stains. The ac in the room was hard to control, the room was either freezing or muggy, there was no in between. The bed was very uncomfortable. The elevators in tower B were not well kept; they shook and the doors took forever to open. Overall not a good experience. Not a hotel we will be staying at again.

Had long walk to get to Bldg B. Room was clean. Bed very comfy. Minor issues: no suitcase stand, clock display broken, curtain hard to close, pressing room service button on phone always gets busy signal;had to call front desk to transfer to restaurant to order food, took hour and half to get food; salmon was very bland, salad came with no desssing.
