We stayed in room 220. There was dirt all over the toilet. When asked to have it cleaned, the housekeeper wiped with her hand and said it comes from the fan above. She shrugged and walked away. Our family was staying next to us through a connecting door. Their carpet was wet the entire visit and their door would not secure. We wasted 45 minutes standing there while maintenance took the door off to try and repair it. This is one of the older hotels and the maintenance is not followed through. I left a similar review directly with the hotel.

The property is outdated. Our room didn't have a working telephone connection and the wireless reception was sketchy in the room. The coffee pot was broken. The door jamb was repaired poorly. The hall carpets are filthy and it doesn't seem as though the cleaning staff vacuums at all. There is only one ice machine for all 5 floors in the building we were staying in and that was broken. One of the elevators was broken and kept getting stuck. The fire alarms went off twice in one night and when I called the front desk (with my cell phone as the room phone didn't work) they said the alarms weren't working properly.

Our room was not clean and the shower had only a trickle. We called the front desk and they sent someone to work on it, but it still did not work. The hotel itself was uninviting. The staff was nice.

The off season prices are great. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked clean also. Beach access was easy and almost empty. Highly recommended for off season.
