HORRIBLE. habia sangre en las sabanas y almoada cabellos y manchas de orina y aceite no lavan bien,nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones y tambien malas condiciones no funcionaba el aireacondicionado,llamamos ala agencia donde reservamos y nos indicaron que nos fueramos del hotel y no hubo rembolso $304,NOS ROBARON Y NOS ARRUINARON NUESTRO ANIVERSARIO y las fotos no es nada comparado con lo que vez.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in many years. There was obvious black mold located in several places in my room (115). There was a small cluster of long black hairs in the fitted sheet. There was coffee but no coffee maker. My key had to be demagnetized multiple times.

The room was ok but the cleanliness was bad, the bed linen had blood stains and pillow cases had some as well. The ac kept turning off which was super annoying. I definitely won’t be booking at this hotel anymore.

Upon entering the room, a strong unpleasant odor was immediately apparent. The bathroom shower contained hair, the tub was dirty, and the toilet had a significant stain on the back ring. Additionally, there were stains in the back. Overall, the space was exceptionally unclean.

Way too expensive for the quality . Ac didn’t work told them but they didn’t care, cable sucks!! There was a pool but it was at o hot soot good thing was it’s at spi every else ducked. O an they charge you fees on fees
