I was cheap, so that was great. The hallways are a bit creepy, like a circus house of mirrors. We tried the stairs and ended up in a dark room with spider webs. Due to price, we may stay again, but it is a very odd hotel.

I recently stayed here and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that there was no hot water in the room, which made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to meet basic cleanliness standards. It was clear that the staff did not care about addressing these issues, and I was left feeling neglected as a guest. Given these significant issues, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I hope this review encourages the management to take the necessary steps to improve their service and ensure no other guests face the same situation.

Just showing up to the property I was in the process of checking in. I didn’t even finish the paper work I literally walked out and stayed at another hotel. Didn’t bother finishing checking in or getting my key card.

Wouldn't choose this place again.
This hotel is a converted mall. So layout is weird. Anytime a door down the hall closes the whole room shakes. There was no hot water which was unacceptable. The view out our window was of a rooftop and was partial because of saltwater stained windows, beds were SO hard and pillows very flat. Room was moist and stuffy so bathing suits didn't dry overnight. The only good thing was the jacuzzi that was very hot and fed into the pool. So pool was heated.

The initial room assigned to us smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I didn’t want my family to deal with that. We requested to switch rooms which was approved immediately. The other room was better. The beds and pillows were too soft and not as comfortable. The bedsheets were stained as well as the mattress covers. We wanted to take out the pullout bed from the couch, but there were a lot of dirt, crumbs, and hairs on it. We moved the couch and it was very obvious it doesn’t get vacuumed beneath there. The tv had a great variety of channels. The mini fridge worked excellent! The parking lot is horrible! Those pillars are way too close, making it incredibly difficult to park. There is an overall unpleasant smell in the hallways. We had stayed previously in this hotel a few years ago with a pleasant memory, but it’s not the same anymore. Price was very affordable. “You get what you pay for.”

was a ok stay couldn't check in early had to wait till 3pm on the dot even if it was 2:30pm already I still had to wait was confused to find parking didn't know it was in the back of the hotel( which is the front entrance) had to drive in an alley way to get to the parking lot when parking the car it seemed very sketchy to park gave me a parking pass to leave on my dash of car I didn't like it showed what room I stayed in (why let other people know what room I'm in and this is my car) , when entering my room smelled very clean bed was comfortable
