An interesting experience and quite nice for a couples getaway. This hotel is built in an abandoned mall so you interesting features like a glass elevator. However it is not exactly a fancy hotel and had a dingy smell. The hot tub and pool were heated and we got it all to ourselves which was really nice!

I checked in and had to attend an event. I could not ahowwr because there waa no hot water. I calledbdownstairs , to be told run the watwr for 30min. So ridiculous, then to be told i could not be moves to another room. That thwy where sold out. Which is a lie. I waa able to view i could book again. The woman at check in proceeded to be rude staing that maintance could"turn on a pipe". I tried to have expedia rwailve thia to be told the woman at check in never answered . The worst experience.
