The condo was clean, conveniently located and quiet until Friday, when more people showed up. Then it became somewhat noisy with people playing loud music in their vehicles. Some improvements that could be made are something other than blinds on the top windows. The blinds are noisy, The lights from the other condos shined in the space all night. Also, the utensils in the condo were not very helpful, cheap plastic. Wood might work better. A cutting board would be nice. Last, there should be a fire escape plan in each unit in case of a fire. The fire alarm went off this morning and we all had to evacuate.

I really love the views of the ocean, we was in walking distance of restaurants, the beach access was very close, pool was warm rooms was very clean. We did see roaches in the kitchen we called no one called out we purchased roach spray and still saw roaches in the kitchen that’s the only part we saw roaches at they also do not provide toiletries once you run out you have to purchase who has space in a luggage for toilet tissue to be brought back I would say with the beach being so close they should provide a umbrella in the unit for use but other than that I would rent again

We stayed for our annual mother daughter vacation. There are 2 pools and an easy walk to the beach. The grounds are immaculate and the Unit was very clean and comfortable. The beach was perfect - no seaweed, excellent sand bar, very clean and about a 3 minute walk from the Unit. My daughter left her ear pods and housekeeping found them and mailed them back to us. Amazing vacation and amazing people!

Property was well maintained and very comfortable. We utilized the kitchen for every meal and it was like being in our own home. Balcony view is gorgeous. Beach is pretty easy to access. Access is gated limiting the usage by the general public. We bring a shade tent and chairs. Be ready to get a spot at 9:00 AM if you want an unobstructed view as the competition between umbrella vendors and beach goers is fast and furious during the busy times. That being said, the people I’m the beach are friendly. We enjoy sitting by the water and taking in all the goodness of the beach and this condo is perfect. We have stayed in different units over the last 4 summers and love it so much we plan to return each summer. We would stay in this unit again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The beds were very comfortable and it took my breathe away when the door was first opened! We’ve always rented 2 hotel rooms for us and grandkids so this was a GIANT step up to what we’re use to!

We definitely enjoyed the condo at Sunchase IV. Excellent view and close access to the beach. The condo was very clean and organized. We will for sure be coming back to stay at Sunchase IV, we have no complaints!

Great property, great views, many amenities

Could only connect to wifi in the mornings/midday. Afternoons and evenings it lagged or wouldn't even show up as available network. Someone had taken the HDMI cable so no cable was available in living area and ceiling fan didn't work but both were fixed the next morning. The blinds in every room were missing numerous slats so we were unable to shut them to block out light. Balcony light only worked on one of the 4 balconies. Other than those things, the room had an excellent east facing balcony view of the beach enabling you to see the sunrise over the gulf. It also has west facing balconies allowing viewing if sunsets I've the bay side. The room was very nice with a mirrored bar inset and on the dining area walls. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The 2 pools were nice, and the beach was on the back end of the property. It was about a 5 minute walk through the property to the sandy shore. There is also a 7th floor sundeck, a gym, a sauna, and steam room, but we visit any of those features while vacationing there. The property location is on the main strip with lots of shops and plenty of food options including waterfront restaurants/bars. Fireworks on Fridays viewable from the balcony and the pool or beach.
