Worst experience

Parking lot to small, they hit my friends car. Roaches in the room file a complaint and they weren’t able to change my room. They were supposedly going to clean the room, I get there in the evening room was not clean at all and roaches were still roaming the room. The room I booked was a room with multiple beds and I get a call from the front regarding my reservation and when I mentioned the type of room she stated that they don’t have those types of rooms and all I got was what was being given to me by them. Showed them the proof on my reservation but nothing was done.

Upon arrival everything seemed up to par. Check in was fast and easy, customer service was okay. Once we got to our room we immediately noticed a very strong scent of cigarettes as well as sticky floors and hair on our sheets and pillows. I went back to the service desk to report the issue and was treated very mildly and or dismissive. They gave us a new room which was a big improvement from the previous one.

We had a great view of the water and the patio table had 4 chairs to go with it. We had 2 TVs but only 1 remote had batteries and the back for it. The blue sofa and chair didn't match the turquoise walls. No coffee maker and office coffee was cold.

Could not find my registration at first. Check in took 45 minutes. Not something you want to do after 10 hours on the road The hot tub and pool were very dirty. I was told by a Minnesota couple who stays there every other year that the hot tub had been broken at least 2 years. The parking was secure, but tight No coffee pot in the room as advertised No breakfast offered as advertised One coin operated washer and dryer in a tiny dirty room. 40 minutes to wash hour and a half to dry half way. Had to hang wet clothes in room to dry I had some charges show up on my card and when I questioned about them I was told not to worry about them they would be removed The rooms were sparsely furnished The beds were very comfortable

Stated, breakfast. Found no breakfast for years. Hair drier not working. 2 tvs, one works. Switch at door for florescent light over beads. Dirty floor. No place to put luggage on, had to leave on floor. No lamp on night stand. The bathroom looked good.

I loved the apps on the tv and the hot water in the shower was a good thing sometimes most hotels don’t realize that there water is not hot at all and who wants to take a good shower in cold water.
