Restaurant is advertised with great menu, problem was there is no restaurant operating and according to locals hasn’t been operational for several years. False advertising. We stayed 5 nights and room was not attended to the whole time, not even rubbish bins emptied. Disappointing to say the least. Only motel in town so has the monopoly. Would be ok for 1 night only.

It was just a bed but there were no facilities ie no dining. There was no hot water and caretaker did not seam to care and did not offer alternative or refund. Could not and will recommend to anyone

I have stayed here many times now on my visits to South West Rocks . The staff are friendly and welcoming , check in is a breeze and the rooms are always clean and comfortable . Easy walk to shops or the town centre .
