Good getaway
Great spot, nice room. Mine overlooked parking lot on first floor, so cars woke me at night. The breakfast was so-so. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was peaceful, and I look forward to returning.

Very nice and reasonably priced
We've vacationed many times at this property but not in 5 years due to pandemic, etc. They have refurbished the rooms and they are quite nice. The only issue is that the floors do not have carpeting any more and the bare floor picks up fine grit that ends up on your feet and then in your bed :-(. Next time I'm going to bring slippers. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are quite large and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located. There is a really nice beach (Smuggler's Beach - see photos) about 5 minutes away. The Cape Cod Mall is about 15 minutes away. The National Seashore Visitor's Center in Eastham is about 30 minutes drive.

Bad experience in Falmouth.
All looked good as far as the property is concerned and the staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, whoever was in the room above us either had small children running wild or it was adults clomping around. They were very noisy and we hoped that by 11:00 PM, they would settle down. No such luck. I called the desk around 11:30 and it was quiet by midnight. The next morning, we went down for breakfast and the aroma in the room was unappetizing. I watched a very portly man load up a plate of eggs and potatoes and then shortly thereafter, he covered it with a napkin and threw it away. Very poor breakfast offering.

This property is located is a moderately convenient location in Yarmouth on Cape Cod. It's about 30 minutes to the eastern shore and about 2-3 hours from Providence (mostly due to traffic). The building is dated and has clearly not been updated recently. The room had multiple "patches" in the walls, dingy carpet, and was all around old and not well maintained. The same is true of the property in general. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was over chlorinated and not warm at all (so much chlroine that it burned my eyes just sitting in it). The saunas function, but are clearly not used often. If you need a place to stay, this will suffice. However, if there is another choice, it's probably a good idea.

Overall stay was excellent but the beds where too high off the ground for my elderly mother so she had to sleep on a cot for 4 nights,she was not happy about that but we managed,nice place overall

The hotel.pictures looked nice and the pools, both indoor and outdoor are a good length and the best feature of the hotel. The beds were noisy..metal sheet construction so turning got an annoying warble sound in the night. The staff were aweful...not sure where american customer service has gone to but clearly.they are being paid for unfreindly and unhelpful.service although the cleaners were good. Breakfast was ok
