Booked last minute and arrived late in the evening. Adorable property and room was cozy. Beds very comfortable. Will definitely return. Would have like to use the fire pit area but on limited time. Denise at the front desk was very accommodating and shared map along with beach tips to watch the sun come up.

A solid inexpensive stay in the Hamptons. Staff are very accommodating, they helped guide us when there was an upcoming storm. Room was comfortable and clean.

We chose this spot for an overnight stay for a wedding and this spot did not require a two-night minimum, which was great. The property owner/manager was extremely friendly, offering However, the room had a very musty smell. Additionally, we had a second room booked which was incredibly small for one person.

Perfect little Inn for a night or long weekend

This was the perfect place to stay right down the street from Stony Brook University. We like that this hotel was small and we parked right outside of our room. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Plenty of towels and toiletries. It was the perfect hotel for one night so that I didn't have to drive to my conference at SBU in the morning. It would be a nice place for a weekend as well. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming.
