We went when it was really busy so we couldn’t get breakfast as the q was out the door to be seated. There was one member of staff who kept shouting and showing off all the time which was abit off putting but apart from that it was pleasant enough.

Solid hotel with the basics. Close to bus stop which connects you to the rest of Southampton. Hotel has no where to fill your own water bottle and no where to buy basics (e.g., toothpaste, snacks) besides the restaurant. Clean and spacious room.

It was clean, staff was very helpful and answered our questions as far as how to get around to London. They also kept our luggage at their office until we got a room. They also let us into our room ahead of scheduled which was nice after our disembarkation from a long cruise. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended it!
