Clean room, decent sized. Bar and restaurant are both small and without character - functional but not comfortable or stylish.
Easy to park the car (albeit for a £10 charge) and close to the main road and shopping area.

Overnight stay before Cruise
The room was very basic even though we chose the higher standard hotel. We struggled to bring our cases in as bathroom door open and no room to manoeuvre. Only three teabags and four milk in room . We were both quite cold in the night .
The positives was a comfortable mattress and a very quite room. The breakfast was good and staff very obliging.

Only negative was no USB port and room was warm. Loved everything else and would stay again.
Building work taking place not informed in advance very loud drilling and banging from 9am management not interested should have been told in advance and not put in a room next door being renovated very unhappy

Breakfast only ok. Hot items looked like they had been sitting there. Had to ask for tomatoes to be cooked.
Fresh Coffee machine did not work. Had to make do with instant and hot water in a flask!
Just about ok for one night. Would not stay here again.

Toilet needed fixing twice due to flapper not holding water in the tank. Price double from everyday due to cruise ship in town next morning. Sure wasn’t worth what we paid.
The property was very close almost to every thing. Train station, shopping, restaurants mall are walking distance. Very close to the cruise port as well.
Excellent service and very comfortable room. It has an amazing location near lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as convenient to the port terminals. Highly recommend staying here and also a visit to the SeaCity Museum!

Wifi wasn’t that great. Unable to connect and stay connected.
Water leak in the bathroom which was not attended to even though I told them. Mould around the bath, rusted bath tap, 1 hour to fill the bath halfway, windows not shielding the cold and the wind, sharp edges on the table around the window that tore my clothing and scraped my skin. This stay was appalling. The reception staff were wonderful yet the maintenance of the room itself was dreadful. Never again will I stay in this premises again.
As good comfortable room at a reasonable price. The location is excellent for thae train station and local buses. The area is not particularly exciting but irrelevant as I was out and about doing things. Housekeeping was very good. I would have liked to see more opportunities for recycling.

Staff very nice but the room so dated and the bed was like sleeping on a board! I like a firm mattress but I came away with a backache. Room was tired and carpet dirty. Never again

Hotel needs updating Rooms are fine but dated no USB plugs so if you don't have a UK plug in you cant even plug in your phone .Only Shower towel available no Hand towels. .Good location to Cruise port and shopping .
