Room is very stuffy. There is no conditioning whatsoever although the conditioner cranked loudly all night. (There is an electric fan provided which speaks for itself). The bathroom is also very run down and lacking in cleanliness.

A no frills hotel, but very nice. Clean and comfortable. Great location for cruise departures. Restaurants and shopping nearby, along with a nice wine store. Very nice breakfast.

Pro’s: Property is close to the Victoria Station bus station and several restaurants in walking distance. McDonald’s is just outside the parking lot. Hotel arranges for transport to the cruise terminal from the hotel based on the number of travelers in your party and amount of luggage. Cost was 15 GBP for 4 ppl and 6 bags. No air conditioning in rooms, windows do open but just slightly. If from North America you will require an adapter to use the plugs in the room.

Very tiny room, no facecloths or Kleenex, air not working, very warm room, tiny bed. Overpriced for what we got, but it was pre cruise night so prices high.

The location to the cruise ports is ideal, however the rooms were not up to usual standards considering I paid over $420 Cnd for 1 night! I can live with the cramped room however, the bed did not have a real mattress, only a 2 inch topper on top of a strange bed frame. The air conditioning was not working in the entire building and despite having 2 fans , the room was like a sauna! There were also huge stains on the carpet and the toilet flushed intermittently. Had to wait to do another flush. The one great feature was the staff, which were so nice and accommodating .

disappointed

arrived at 1:30 pm, check in time is 3 pm. Room is available, but need to pay GBP20 for 1.5 hour early check in. If not paid, need to wait till 3 pm Warm Spring day, no air conditioning, windows can be opened slightly only. 10 am in the next day, shut off both hot and warm water. Breakfast is good

Room AC at two rooms both not working. Boiled egg in Breakfast are ice cold. Breakfast 3 adults 1 child charged me £48.(after that I realised child supposed to be free)

Not the best

Very dated. The air con unit kept making a ticking sound all through the night. Shower needs some maintenance as water was spitting from all angles of the metal part
