We liked our stay. However, the biggest problem was our room (424). The A/C was constantly turning off and not turning back on automatically. We had to manually turn it back on each time. Also, the a/c air temperature was only slightly cool which caused the room to be constantly warm and uncomfortable. We were only staying 2 nights so we decided to grin and bear it.

The check in was smooth- the breakfast was decent. But the room was dated - carpets were stained throughout, walls were dirty, shower had no pressure, no fridge, stains on curtains - overall a motel/lodge type feel - overpriced for what you got.

It was excellent service as soon as we checked in I didn’t managed to get his name. We checked in at around 15.30sh 17tg Aug 2025. He was very professional and friendly. Room is ok what u need for a one night stay Unfortunately, I am very disappointed that the AC didn’t work and it was a hot weather as well. Waited one hour maybe it will work. I called the receptionist after and was informed they will check the mains on the 1st floor and will get back to me. Nobody get back to us! So we had to sleep with the windows open and hear all the noise from the outside. As we needed to sleep to prepare for our Disney Cruise the next day I didn’t get a chance to call back again. I did mentioned it to the receptionist when we checked out. Again, not I am expecting from Leonardo hotels. Even hotels with lower starts have an air conditioning working. Would have been a better service if we had a follow up or offered us to change rooms.

We stayed here one night before leaving for a cruise. The restaurant wait staff were exceptional! The bartender took our order, served our food and cleaned up. While we waited for our food to be cooked, he switched out table center pieces in the restaurant and all with a smile on his face! The food was also tasty! Easy access to ride shares. Highly recommend.
