Lovely stay with friends. Reception staff really helpful. Breakfast food ok lots of choice but cooked breakfast only luke warm. Bathroom a little dated, and shower good do with an overhaul.

Great one night stopover prior to boarding a cruise. Easy access from train station. Good buffet breakfast. The pool and sauna were a perfect way to remedy the soreness of a 9 hour flight and subsequent train ride. Stayed at a Novotel in Marseilles last year so I was confident it was a comfortable place to stay

Very outdated rooms with tatty carpets and odd that the bedroom toilet was separate from the bathroom and had no hand washing facilities in there. The bar area and functiin rooms were very good.

Asian lady upon check in Saturday afternoon felt like she was committing a scam having asked for a physical credit card incase of incidentals. She couldn’t use a contactless credit card for this. Need air conditioning in rooms, breakfast options need to be expanded, cost could be revised downward. Need efficiency One to one CS especially on departure. Overall it’s still a good hotel and I would recommend staying to people.

Our room had the carpet cleaned and I believe it was shampood as there were many wet spots on the carpet and our socks got wet. The room stunk of perfume from the carpet and there was not much air through the windows. The smell set off my allergies and was not fun. Would not come back.

High high standards
Came for my girlfriends birthday and our room was upgraded for free by the lady who checked us in, sorry in advance I didn’t catch her name but was much appreciated and helped make my girlfriends stay that little bit better. Highly recommend this place! Will be staying again
