Came for my girlfriends birthday and our room was upgraded for free by the lady who checked us in, sorry in advance I didn’t catch her name but was much appreciated and helped make my girlfriends stay that little bit better. Highly recommend this place! Will be staying again

Staff awesome. Lobby beautiful. Room dated but comfortable. Excellent location to old town and shopping 5 minutes from cruise ports Bathroom needs some attention to cleaning. Still usable but could use a good scrub

Good Hotel. Staff were very polite and professional. Nice and clean. The only issue was lack of air conditioning which I can understand and were were made aware about it at the time of booking. But my request would be to please allow opening the windows a little bit more so there is more fresh air.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Just whoosh there was a night light. Our iotion was leaving the shower light on, which is essentially life early morning light... not great for sleeps
