The property was nice and clean. Very close to city center within walking distance. The only problem was with the bed. We requested king size bed and what we got was queen size

We booked the master loft for the 3 of us. The bed in the loft is a spacious queen bed. Would've given it 5 stars if not for the hair conditioner provided. It smelled horribly and I'd have to wash my hair with shampoo again! Wished they'd change that. It was disgusting. Breakfast was also less than ideal. How could a restaurant that provides breakfast run out of eggs?

Second visit not as good as the first.

Sadly this visit wasn’t as good as the last one. Couldn’t get into the room until a good hour after it was supposed to be ready. Then weren’t made to feel particularly welcome when my daughter sat in their lounge area to eat a cake she’d bought on the way (we weren’t in a restaurant?). Then the room had a sewage smell in the bathroom. But 3 of the staff we interacted with were excellent, just not consistent across the team. Two of them clearly didn’t want to be there or weren’t paying attention. It was hard to tell.

Clean and quaint

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station and cruise terminal. We walked to a great Italian restaurant and Old Town. The loft room was perfect for our family.

Outstanding and friendly staff! Great location in Southampton with easy access to restaurants and waterfront! Mimmy’s cafe was a plus for morning coffee and breakfast and also great happy hour! Most highly recommended and would definitely stay there again! 10 star rating!

Difficult to really critic this location as it was under construction. They offered free pastries and water at the entrance which was a nice touch. The breakfast bags had to be preordered so did not try that. Spent two nights and it was lovely.
