Car park with hotel facilities
My primary reason for booking was the advertised EV charging facilities, the hotels primary business seems to be cruise parking, so the car parks are always overfull. It therefore seems an active policy to ICE the EV spaces, a big 4x4 blocking both spaces on my visit. Your chances of spaces being available are non existent with hotels current policy. Room was little warn, the cleanliness of bathroom requiring some attention.
Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable beds. Quiet and convenient. Excellent breakfast, including vegetarian options. Will stay again

Good location. Great value. Nice breakfast. And the staff could not do more to help us, they were brilliant!
This hotel was conveniently situated for us. The room was large and comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had other arrangements for meals but we did make use of the Pod Point electric car charging facility over night, which was very helpful.
Stayed for one night but paid for a fortnight's parking while we went on a cruise. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The only slight issues were low shower pressure and steep stairs which were difficult for our elderly relatives.

Lovely staff, big rooms albeit with a bit of wear & tear.....easy parking for cruise port. Well organised
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was close to the center of city so we could walk. The food was excellent! Bathroom was very spacious and modern. I would recommend this hotel!
Great budget hotel for before/after a cruise out of Southampton. My room in the main building was comfortable with a modern bathroom, everything was clean and the staff were all friendly. Easy to get to on the public bus routes.
Great hotel. Very comfortable bed. Room cleanliness excellent. Good breakfast options to suit all. Price spot on for what I needed. Will book again if in the area.
