You’re not able to park at the registration pull up area to offload your luggage to check in. We were swarmed by security demanding we move our car, even though we were guests. They make you park your car first then you go inside to check in. Very inconvenient.

No entertainment Monday thru Wednesday at the bar area. Water was shut down on 2 separate days . Rooms were not cleaned everyday. Pool area was very nice. Sid’s was a nice breakfast restaurant.free shuttle to Fremont street and to the strip very nice .

Good location and good service, The rooms are clean but there is no coffee service and the in house shampoo and body wash was terrible. Also no glassware.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
