I have politely told management and staff about the issue with the terrible housekeeping and filthy conditions, I have asked for a refund for at least the last 2 nights of my stay. It was very disappointing and very frustrating, so noisy and loud all night I barely got 4 hours of sleep all weekend! And I drive 2,800 miles to get here every month. I feel like asking for clean floors and showers and a decent nights sleep is like the basic’s of running a good business!

I have been a good customer for the last several months, when I came to town to visit family I always stayed here. The last couple of stays were terrible the rooms were filthy, hair in the shower and refrigerator, the floors are filthy dirty and the bugs were everywhere both dead and alive! I have spent several hundreds of dollars here and every time I stay you all put me in a room in the busiest most noisy area of the hotel! Also didn’t feel safe in the parking lot at night this time

I've stated that property before. I stayed there the past 5 months once a weekend. Prior to this all my experiences were exceptional October 12th 2024 I stayed there the bathroom had hair all over the sink. The floor that were hardwoods was not swept. The air condition look like somebody spilled Coca-Cola all over. Two double beds in the room or made up differently. Really don't think that sheets have been changed on one bed I arrived late didn't have any of the rooms available so I just sucked it up for the night. The staff is exceptional but the house cleaning staff desires some upgrades

Great Stay
Room and facility was in a clean and safe location. Room was not old and musky smelling. Appears to be pretty new renovations. Nice pool and you can walk to several restaurants, stores for anything you need if you don’t want to drive.

I felt unsafe as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. A large group of men had pulled chairs from the room and were sitting on the balcony watching everyone in the parking lot. There was no way I was getting out of my car to even check in. I wasted money by booking this room without seeing it first.

It was very convenient location for travel to Durham, NC. The rooms had LV Flooring, pool and comfortable beds!
