The property is dirty. The room was moldy. The staff was never at the desk. The room had no towels or wash cloths. The breakfast is terrible. Will never stay here again.

Our stay was great and the only down fall was that they didn’t clean our room until we checked out. I wish they would have came in our room and cleaned it and gave us more towels.

There’s a really good family run restaurant in the plaza beside the hotel, and the front desk staff at the hotel are friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job at being accommodating and thorough.

Employee at check in was very friendly and did a great job! The room was clean. The sheets and towels fresh. Pillows definitely need to be replaced. TV did not work (which was not a problem for me). Overall a nice/convenient/reasonably priced hotel for an overnight stay.

Great breakfast. Even they were out of coffee and eggs when we arrived around 8 am staff was quick to replenish. Room needs stop for sink drain. Tub looked stained and hair dryer looked dirty.

This is a horrible hotel, I highly do NOT recommend! The breakfast is NASTY, there is MOLD everywhere in the hotel room, the bathroom was dirty inside the hotel room. There was no housekeeping services as well, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to change the sheets. TV channel is limited as well. Don’t waste your money on this hotel, you get what you pay for. Everything in the convenience store is expensive too, $4 for 2 feminine pads. Don’t book with this people seriously!!!

I traveled to North Carolina during the tropical cyclone on 9/16/24. The hotel property did nothing wrong but due to the flooding, I could not get to the hotel. It was the weather that was terrible, not the hotel or staff. I would like to try again when there is not a “1 thousand year” storm happening the day I arrive in North Carolina.

I didn’t like the fact it was a handicap room but it was difficult to enter the bathroom in a wheelchair because of the change in the floor height. Also we did not get our trash emptied and had to continuously go ask for towels and wash cloths.
