The staff very nice and friendly. The hotel it’s beautiful with an excellent roof top bar.. BUT.. We had issues the a/c not working, next morning I when to the front desk I let them know the aire was not working to please have a technician look at it. Left for the day came back afternoon it was much cooler but at midnight it started to get hot and a/c leaking thru the night . Waited for the morning again advise that the a/c unit . Was having problems. They couldn’t adjust my stay bec I had done reservations Thru a 3rd Party company.

Really wanted to like this new hotel. The first room had water seeping up through the floors. The hotel engineer said it was a design flaw and the moved us to another room. The second room was an ADA unit whose bath tub faucet didn’t work and shower had two shower heads that had to stay on together with no water pressure. 6 nights of trickling showers was miserable. The plug in the bathroom didn’t allow 2 devices be plugged in at same time. Coffee wasn’t replenished daily, I had to ask for it. Surprised a new hotel would have so many issues. Management needs to make efforts to rectify.

The staff was very friendly and polite. I was told on the first night not to use the valet parking. That it was less expensive to use the parking garage across the street. It was not and it was very inconvenient to enter, climb stairs and get out to get back to the hotel to pick up the others of my party. The price for hotel valet is $39 and I was paying up to $68. After the third night I stopped using the garage, which was the same one used by the valet. I’m not sure it the person at the valet that night just didn’t know or just didn’t want to have to walk in the rain. I also tipped one person $5 just for opening the car door for my mom and they rounded their eyes when they saw the bill. Tv in the room didn’t work, was told the storm knocked out the satellite connection for several rooms. I picked this location because my mother has mobility issues and has to use a walker on good days and a wheelchair on bad. The only room available with the mobility accommodations was on the sixth floor at the very end of the long hallway next to the pool and gym entrance. Possibly the busiest spot in the hotel. I asked to be moved but no other room had the hold bars in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and we had to buy a tub mat to have avoid falls. We were told that the rooms were serviced every other day, this meant that we would get service twice during our stay. The first one we missed because my mother was unwell. Asked for service or fresh towels didn’t get either

Heart of downtown
This is a very nice hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown. We were attending a concert at a venue right across the street and the location was ideal. The band we were seeing actually stayed in the hotel as well. Nice amenities, comfy bed.

The staff was incrediable. I don't think I have met a nicer and more helpful group of young adults. They were kind and helpful. The property was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again and again! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Toilet stopped working in hotel room. Spoke with front desk staff twice and not once did anyone come to the room to address even though we were assured both times that it would be resolved. We also were not offered an opportunity to move to another room. I guess the expectation was that we were stuck with the room with no bathroom functionality. Good luck if you stay here....
