This property is on lake Thun bank and its very quiet, relaxing and close to bus stop and train station as well as few minuts away bus journey from Interlaken. Ideal for Family holidays. This felt like family operated place where cool, calm & welcoming feeling we had.

Great little hotel with an excellent view of the lake and mountains! Two things you should be aware of: 1. Bring soap 2. The driveway up to the parking and reception is VERY steep. Host is very nice and breakfasts were lovely.

Misleading on distance to hotel from train /bus station. They said a 10 minute walk but had to take a taxi that cost $30.00 one way. It was a couple miles away. Spent over $100. on taxi service while there. Hotel was more of a hunting lodge with no less than 15 stuffed animals and birds in the lobby and dining area. Very nice carpentry work throughout. Nice views.

Very old bed sheets, poor breakfast, rooms are dirty , only one person he was doing every thing , i mean first he was serving for breakfast and later he does the rooms arranging , and the same person he was at the réception and he was rude ☹️,, not arranging the beds, not cleaning the room and toilet and not re filling the toiletries

Property is is definitely not a three star property as advertised. There are a number of facilities listed here but are not there. For e.g. there is no room service, no laundry service, the restaurant only serves breakfast, no hot water in the evening, room heater didn’t work in our room, you have to ask for the basic things and it depends upon the owner/manager to decide whether to provide or not. I booked this place thinking I would have a relaxed 3 days with family but was very disappointed to be honest. Then I looked at some of the google reviews of the property and noticed I wasn’t alone. Definitely not the price they charge you for. The property is nice and on the bank of a beautiful lake so that was the only positive.

The property is located in a beautiful place with easy access to the lake and has ample parking. However, the room was dusty and there were hairs on the bathroom wall. The room was spacious but very old fashioned and needed some TLC. The stuffed dead animals in the main area weren’t to my liking though!

The view around this hotel is very good. However, due to its remote location, transportation is not good. There are no restaurants or other places to eat. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am, so if you go sightseeing early, you can't use it at all. Also, there are hardly any staff at the hotel reception, so you cannot enter the hotel before 3pm.

The only good thing was the location.. everything else wasn’t great. Not clean at all, I had to use one of my clothes to cover my pillow, what I paid shouldn’t be for that. Breakfast was okay! He also charged me for the tax even tho I paid for the whole package. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay at the Seehotel Jaegerhof Hubertus! My wife and I went for a minibreak on her birthday weekend. We misread the booking and didn't see that the reception is not open from 18.00CET on, but they waited for us and even brought a glass of wine for us for her birthday. Breakfast was excellent, local cheeses, fresh bread and meats, all covered nicely to keep away any flies or sneezes! The view is unbeatable, its so nice! The rooms we clean and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing we wanted for was mini-fridge in the room, and an ice machine somewhere in the hotel, but most places in switzerland don't have this standardly. Two thumbs up!

Terrible experience

Hotel has good location but bad experience with manager ruined my stay. I needed a working wifi but had zero or extremely poor connection in my room. Manager behaved as if it were my fault. Besides, hotel was hugely overpriced.
