The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very conveniently located but I don't think the price matched the quality of the room. The shower doors would not close, the fridge did not work (and smelled) and linens were stained. This was not what I was expecting for a hotel that cost €200 a month.

Bring lots of cash in Euros prior to checking in

Driver hired through Hotel had to be paid to hotel in cash euros. That was unhandled for us! We use credit card for large expenditures! Used lots of our cash

I liked the location. I requested and paid for one of the most expensive rooms to have a view of bay. My room was excellent except for the fact that I had no privacy as my full height windows opened to just above head level from the street. I had to keep curtains closed to stop walkers by looking inside, especially in the evening with lights on.

We were a group of 12 people, including some seniors. They were assigned to the third floor. There are no elevators, no 24-hour front desk service, when we arrives The temperature was very cold and there was no hot water for the next day. There were no instructions on how to get hotel, The photos on the property are not the same as those on the website.

The property was amazing and the staff were great. Combined with the unforgettable views and the ease of walking along the water to the historical castle and downtown, this couldn’t have been a better choice for a getaway at a reasonable price.

The hotel is beautifully located. Accessing the main entrance can be tricky as it is not on a main road but an interior walking path. But once you are able to find it, everything is smooth! Staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Nives is warm and so sweet. We rented a vehicle and found that the option the hotel provides to park at the nearby covered garage is extremely helpful. It's not cheap (€22/ day) but it's worth it for the peace of mind. Alternatively, you can park on the street for €18/day but you have to count on finding a spot and not losing it if you move the car. We were visiting mid October but if you are going in high season, it wouldn't be a bad idea to secure your spot at the garage through the hotel. Be mindful that this needs to be done ahead of time. The property if well located. Lots of dining options around as well as a nearby market. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved our short stay here!!

The location was fantastic. Located right on the Riva but very quiet and on the water. Just a short walk into the Palace. Great restaurant right next door for breakfast or short walk into the Palace for cafes, coffee places and farmer's market. The hotel was very clean and our room was beautiful and large overlooking the water.
