It was nice of them to check us in a couple hours early since I had to be somewhere else shortly after. The lady seemed mentally preoccupied but we all have off days. The room was very nice; bed super comfortable and spacious and temperature was perfect. We got a room close to the door which was a plus for my disabled spouse, and check out was super easy. Will stay again in the future.

Great stay for the price! I travel to Spokane frequently for work and will definitely stay here again. It is a little dated, but the rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the area feels safer than other areas in Spokane.

This hotel is a bit older/ dated. There is no elevator. The carpeting in the hallways and rooms seemed kind of gross. I kept my shoes on unless I was getting into bed or the shower. Also, the curtain rod in the shower was loose, which made it so that the curtain itself did not really enclose the shower the way it should. Other than that though, my room was clean and I felt safe there as a single traveler. It was fine for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
