This is the place I go when I come to Spokane! Not only is the staff amazing. They go above and beyond if they can. At night if you go outside for a smoke and staff see you. They will casually walk to make sure no one bothers you. Very much appreciated when you a woman alone.

The downtown area is pretty insanely noisey. Not much they can do about it as it isn't hotel staff in charge of the noise, but it did make for challenging sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was big. The bathroom light didn't work. The wifi connected but it never worked for my iPad. The wifi worked once when I tested it with my phone in the lobby but it didn't work in room 108. The breakfast was adequate. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and musty moldy. It was very noticable each time I left the room. It probably needs carpet cleaning or replacement. Overall a decent value.

The room was in need of a deeper cleaning. Carpets were dirty in a way that couldn't be addressed by a simple vacuuming. The bed was uncomfortable, and was in need of full size pillows, not just the three throw pillows provided.

Quirty architecture and convenient.
A marvellous concrete building next to the freeway off ramp but is sound proofed. Staff are friendly and informative. Comfortable rooms. Convenient position. Food outlets close by.

We love this property, it was our 2nd time staying here. Nice staff, clean rooms, great decor, decent breakfast, close to downtown. This is in a kind of shady area of town, and it felt like some people lived there, but we felt safe.
