I booked extra time to check out and the cleaning staff kept banging on the door and bothering me before check out time. They also were speaking rudely in Spanish. Lucky for me I understand Spanish and knew what they were saying. I would never book again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Floors in room were dirty, only one (small) garbage can. Towels were older and rough. Included breakfast offering was as expected. Parking lot was covered in some sort of dust (concrete?) that transferred to car. Relatively convenient to coffee, breakfast, and convention center.

The room was smelly. People are out talking until 1 o’clock. I think it might’ve been the workers. The free breakfast was just basically a waffle and coffee, not much there. The towels were really small and thin.

Dissatisfied

The worst. We booked for family of three. Room only had one towel and no blanket for pullout sofa. When I asked for a blanket they gave me a sheet. When I asked again for an actúal blanket I was told they did not have a blanket. They did finally find one but were very annoyed by my request explaining they were all in laundry so too bad for me. The blanket they finally found was in bad shape as were the 2 additional towels that they gave us. Keep in mind we paid for three people to stay in room. Also the breakfast was quite bad. Stale bread for toasting. Just peanut butter and jam, stale cereal. They did have yogurt and juice which was fine. Also neighborhood was pretty sketchy with homeless people lurking about and drug use in parking lot.

This motel is located in a part of town that drug addicts are sleeping in the bushes and in front of cars. Pretty scary.

We did not have a vehicle; but it appeared parking was easy. It's an older hotel; basic room. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and the door was missing the safety lock/hinge. Other than that, the room was comfortable. A good option for a decent price; comfortable. We were satisfied with our stay.
