Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:25 (check in is at 4), huge spill on the carpet that I found while in my socks. Towels ended up soaking up what seemed to be orange soda from the spot. One of the “complimentary” waters was opened. The AC sounded like it was on its last leg… The bed was super comfy, the shower was amazing. That’s about it. This was in their King Suite

This was such a fun venue to stay at for my family. The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. Upon arriving, our room wasn’t ready yet (we were a bit early on a busy weekend) so they gave us a key to the pool to use while we waited. When we showed up to the pool, there was a dj playing millennial themed party music, tons of young families and people at the pool, and a bar with drinks available to purchase. It felt more like a resort out of Mexico than a hotel in spokane. We were so pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic time partying on the pool deck! We would come back just for that experience!!

I like the location. The sheets were stained and dirty. Took going to the front desk twice and almost an hour and a half to get them changed. The toilet either had not been cleaned or was poorly cleaned. Overall the room could have been cleaner. For what this hotel charges, the expectations are higher. I have stayed here a few times and they certainly miss the mark. Location is what keeps me coming back.

It is beautiful and an easy walk to Riverside Park.
Such a unique elevator shaft.
