I liked the location close to downtown and the hotel overall was roomy. I was there over July 4th and it was insanely crowded around the pool, I believe there were lots of people that were not actual guests of the hotel in the pool monopolizing the chairs/towels/space. Also, our room was never cleaned. We stayed 3 nights, the first day they exchanged towels and took the garbage, nothing else was done. The second day I had to ask for towels and wrap up my own garbage for them. When you pay over $200/night I would expect some service.

The hotel is in a convient location that's walking distance to downtown. We stayed here for their nice outdoor pool. Unfortunately the room that we got this time was in the main building which doesn't have windows that open. The only air intake was the AC unit. Our room was overwhelmingly musty smelling. It smelled so bad that our clothing in our suitcases smelled when I got home from our trip. If you stay, request a room in the far tower that has windows that open.

Our room was amazing, the property is amazing the pool was busy and the dining for diner wasn’t very good and kind of expensive food tasted like gas station food. Drinks were very good though. However this is our go to hotel, we do love the rooms here and the service is always great.

This is a really nice, contemporary property very convenient to walk along the Spokane river, get to downtown, or get to Gonzaga. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like that the shower products are in a refillable dispensers on the shower wall and that hand soap and body lotion are in dispensers next to the sink. I do not like that the hotel doesn't have recycling. To have to throw away cans, bottles, newspaper, etc is really disappointing. Our room had a very bright light outside our window that the blackout shades didn't cover because they can't be secured at the wall. A simple way to do that would eliminate the light intrusion for sleeping.
