The hotel was super cute and you can tell they renovated not too long ago. Everything was fresh and clean. My friend and i slept really well in the bed. The only issue we had was that our door lock didnt line up within the frame so we relied on the secondary latch lock when we went to sleep. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Well I could see the room had been recently up dated . The windows were not included .they were very dirty and had mold around them . The fan in the bathroom was full of dust and there was spilled coffee on the bathroom counter . Maybe house keeping could pay a little more attention and maintenance should do a walk through . The tub didn’t drain well and the mirrors had finger prints . Over all it was good and the staff were very nice .

Very friendly prompt staff. The stay was fine. Room definitely big enough for our family of 6. Things have been re-furnished but the facility is just old. It was ok for the night. No major complaints. Great staff.

This hotel is clearly a little old but they do well with what they have. Simple breakfast of jimmy Dean and coffee and simple clean rooms. I have nothing really bad to say about this hotel, just nothing reaches the heights of stellar. Spokane in general is kind of run down.

This was a great hotel for the price. I'd read some negative reviews, however we found the room very nicely cleaned and well outfitted, and the hotel to be neat and well taken care of. The breakfast offered each morning was perfect for our needs - pre-made breakfast sandwiches, waffles, french toast, bagel pull aparts, yogurt, juices, bread for toast, coffee & tea options. Throughout the afternoon & evening, cookies & popcorn are offered for guests. The pool & fitness center are closed, which we knew ahead of time, and housekeeping is by request only, which we were informed of at check in. This hotel is not fancy, but it was the perfect place (great location close to anything you might need) to stay when visiting the Spokane area. We stayed 4 nights while exploring the area, and would most definitely return, should our travels bring us back to the area.
