Great pet-friendly hotel near downtown. It's pretty close to several services for the houseless. By no means a reason not to say, but definitely worth noting as there is a lot of foot traffic near the hotel as a result

I went for work thing to Spokane and had an excellent experience here everyone was supper nice, the room was clean and I loved the breakfast I didn’t even know they had a snack area until I got there and they had just what I needed! Thank you to all the staff

If I can describe it in one word it would be “Rough” Homeless people outside all night making noise, My child and I even witness someone taking a dump out side of the fenced area. Pay extra $30 and go to a better part of town. Also our room faced the street and there was no privacy curtain.

There was a poor variety for breakfast and not enough. No yogurt, limited cereal options. The Hotel is extremely clean and nice, but the area around the Hotel is not very safe feeling. There was even police activity on the property while we were there. However, they do everything they can to keep the Customer safe.
