This hotel is not especially fancy, but it is clean, the location is great, and we enjoyed the free breakfast at an actual diner instead of the usual buffet breakfasts you get at other hotels. We will be back.

The location was perfect. The room was simple, but the bathroom had been renovated and was quite nice. We also loved how quiet the room was, considering the hotel was right downtown. The breakfast next door was also great, we would stay here again.

The common area artwork was great, great value place. Seemed more like a motel than a hotel, but it was clean, and the discount at the Steamworks restaurant was great. It was a nice place to lay my head for a night, though if I was staying longer I'd likely find a more upscale destination.

great location in downtown Spokane. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Had little pet pack for my dog with a treat, which was a small but thoughtful detail. Parking lot on site was very small and full by the time we got there, but there was additional off-site and had gate. There was also a parking garage nearby. overall great experience.

Nice employees. The property just felt a little rundown. Rooms were clean but bathroom fan and hot water didn't work properly. It was okay for what we needed which was a one-night place to sleep for not a lot of money.

The property is older could use an update BUT the front desk was amazing!! We talked to 3-4 different employees over our stay for different things & they were all amazing & helpful. One even texted because I forgot my sleeping mask!

Stayed here for a couple of nights to attend a concert at the casino. Highlights: • Convenient location: close to restaurants, shopping, and the park • Small and cramped parking lot • No designated parking spot for checking in: needed to park elsewhere and walk to the hotel to figure out where I can park • Second parking lot a 2 minute walk from the hotel • Advertises breakfast included at Rosie’s, however only one meal voucher per room per night is issued, valid for ONE meal. This was not communicated to us during check in. However, the food was really good. • Rooms were clean, but the toilet didn’t flush well, requiring 2 flushes each time. • Texted me every single day I was there about going to their parter company’s restaurant, kinda annoying. • Don’t use their makeup removing wipes! They smell so acidic and like vomit. Beware! lol. Overall, decent stay. No major complaints. Would stay again.

I am sorry I did not specifically ask for a handicap room. My wife was there for a 0530 check-in knee surgery at Sacred Heart. The first room we were assigned had a disfunctional toilet and 5 very short steps after the elevator. You're staff quickly assigned us another room. Kudos to him. However the room still had no handrails or anti-slip tub strips in the cramped bathroom. Parking was also a problem in off site lots. There were no handicap parking spaces in the only on-site lot. The room was clean and quiet however.
