Good location for what we needed. Nice and close walk to restaurants and the waterfront. Room was clean, the AC was nice, bathroom fan didn’t work though. Other than that we were happy with our stay

we travel in our pickup poor parking at the motel very tight and very small only about 20 spots, mostly for compacts over flow lot two blocks away and both are locked up at 10 pm. we had to park on the street walk to the hotel we are 78 years old in poor health; and had to crawl through the gate to get to our room we had rented earlier in the day. No one answered our phone calls for help. I was very disappoint that Expedia would even have a hotel on their listings like this

Great central location in downtown Spokane. Friendly staff. Our room was recently updated. Pretty basic and nothing outstanding but a great value if you are looking for a place to rest your head. I would stay here again.
