Definitely showing a decline

I have stayed a few times here over the years. This stay really showed me that this property is in need of a major upgrade. Pillows were awful, mattress absolutely was beyond its service life, and tvs were small and dated compared to many properties today. The outside carpet is extremely worn, which really adds to the worn exterior. I have stayed in the past due to the good price/value ratio. Sadly I think it’s time to move on…it’s just too uncomfortable and depressing.

Online looks better than the property for sure. Bedding stunk. It was ok for a one night quick stay if your by yourself. I don’t recommend it for family. Parking sucks. Breakfast is not complimentary. You get a coupon for $6 off. But like I said this hotel was alright.

Adequate Room - Very Noisy

The desk staff were great. The room it self was OK. It was not clean when I got there. For example, there was urine in the toilet. Outside the room was very noisy. The garbage containers were dumped at 11pm one night and 6am on another day. The alley between the hotel and the restaurant attracted lots of drunk and homeless people that were running around and yelling at the top of their lungs.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the sapphire lounge was closed for remodeling, but was not being worked on at all. The lobby is closed all night until 7 AM so there’s no one to contact if you have an issue The bed was very comfortable and the main noise complaint was the garbage trucks in the middle of the night backing up and beeping very loudly for several minutes.
