My only issue was some minor cleanliness problems. The linens were noticeably dirty upon arrival and the trash can in the bathroom had a mysterious dried-liquid stain on it and the floor underneath. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, one voucher for breakfast per night.

The manager was having a bad night, unfortunately he was cursing dropping f booms and just being unprofessional. Customers that are tired don't want to deal with that...keep your problems to yourself

It was convenient and clean. It was a little noisy at night and the parking is super tight if you drive anything larger than a small car. Overall, it was a good place to stay and would do it again.

Double charged for deposit it hadn't been returned room was not cleaned properly was not offered maid service. Was put on floor with stairs when wheelchair bound I was not happy breakfast voucher problems at the restaurant i want a refund this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had

The room was decently refurbished with a pillow top kind of bed. The sheets are a rough inexpensive lesser quality than the satin stripe cover that gives the impression they will be the smooth higher thread count type. Exterior of hotel and outside walkways & stairs are in shabby condition.

The hotel was very misleading from the photos. It looked much higher end than it actually was. The room was very small and cheaply furnished. The trains passing by were constant and the room let in a lot of light from outside. Very disappointing stay. Also it's advertised as including breakfast but the voucher was only for one breakfast at the neighboring restaurant. I would recommend staying here if you're expecting to stay at a budget hotel, not a boutique hotel like it appears online.
