When i arrived the worker behind the counter ignored me for a moment then tokd me to wait a moment. He did nothing but stand there for a few minutes and waited for another person to come in and clock on and then he left. The new worker was quiet didnt talk and also made me wait a moment with out saying anything. Eventually after checking in we drive around the building to where our room was. While passing the side of the building, the side door looked smashed by bullet holes. Upon arriving to the door we would go into the building through, the handle was busted and the door was able to open without key. Unfortunately we had the room next to this door and it slammed all night long. Along with the neighbor upstairs running around til 5am nonstop, my family didnt get any sleep. Once we were all up and getting ready for the day, THERE WAS A COCAROACH NEXT TO OUR FOOD, ALIVE! We immediately booied a different hotel and packed everything up and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. I even have a photo of the bug! The same man from the night before was there, the 1st worker, and he was ver dismissive and had no feedback and was basically ignoring us as he stared at his computer screen. The front desk guy, #2, was clueless and didnt know what to do in the situation and kept looking at the man, #1, while #1 just kept looking at his computer. Eventually he said hotels com needs to refund us to get our $ back.

We saw two cockroaches but the room wasn't terrible for what I paid. Super hot Water. No bed bugs in that room. But no shampoo or conditioner, no ashtrays in the smoking room. U get what u pay for. It's definitely a tweaker location but if u lock your doors and go back and forth u are good.

Cockroaches on the wall stayed at property before never seen roaches. And they was a homeless lady outside the backdoor holding a cardboard sign there Metro security vehicles two of them drive by her didn't stop or ask her to leave the property

Bedspread was filthy with fresh spots. The blanket underneath had stains 12” in diameter the sheet had spots. We switched rooms. In the next room, the TV was off off of the wall bracket setting on the desk. And none of the channels worked. After three trips up and down the stairs to the office, I came back to the room to hear a dog barking in the room directly opposite hours across the hallway. And then at 2:45 AM I woke up and the adjacent room had the TV on loudly.

It's a trap with a bed. Nice counter person prostitutes everywhere. Door handle was broke and could hardly sit the door. I mean if you got 60$ and don't mind the smell of drugs and piss this is just right for you!

We were on first floor, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am but sounded like a herd of elephants above us so could not sleep. Shower was barely big enough to use and the towels were the size of hand towels

Walked into the lobby, it smelled like weed. The room numbers are so confusing. One side says room 101 the other side of the hall is 143, our room smelled fruity, I’m still itching from sleeping in the bed. The shower was dirty. The bedding had a cigarette burn in it. Just dirty. And you can hear everything everywhere.

We pulled into the parking lot, went to our room and immediately turned around and left. Parking lot full of cars that it looks like people lived in, vomit in the carpeted hallway, and hair in the bed. We ended up moving immediately to the Best Western by the airport. I requested a refund from the hotel and they will not do it. Chain lock on our door was broken and airvent pulled off of the wall in the bathroom.
