The stay was fine. There was two things that could have been better. King size bed and hard baby pillows. Need fluffy king size pillows. Second, used to get fresh out-of-the-oven cookies...nope...dry cookies in a cellophane package...what a let down.

We've stayed there twice. Check-in was easy. Room was comfortable and quiet, clean. Breakfast was very good. Clerk waqs helpful when I had questions.

My wife and I checked in and the front office staff was very nice and informative. Room was clean and found no hidden surprises that sometimes you find. TV was out, so I called down to the desk and they sent a guy right up to fix it. Bed was firm which I like, overall it was great for a quick overnight stay. Would stay there again and recommend.

Booked hotel for a mother daughter overnight getaway and checked in after 9pm after a long day of travel and shopping. Asked about the hot tub after checking in and was told it had been out of service for over 2 months and that they had tried to call everyone to advise. We were disappointed as this was a deciding factor in the choice of this hotel. The elevator to the upper level made questionable sounds and we used the stairs for the rest of our stay. The tub was not clean, had a film of dusty cleaner and not suitable for a bath. The bed had a cover that felt plastic and made crunchy sounds. The walls were thin and between the neighbours and the lengthy toilet running noise it was not very relaxing. The kitchen staff were very friendly and attentive to the breakfast bar and this left me feeling a little more positive about our stay.

Beautiful lobby and eating area!
Overall experience was pretty good, breakfast was good. The pool and a hot tub were closed which was unfortunate because it that wasn’t vocalized. However, they did offer a free YMCA pass for the pool and hot tub up the road. Just not as convenient if you’re only staying one night
