Booked hotel for a mother daughter overnight getaway and checked in after 9pm after a long day of travel and shopping. Asked about the hot tub after checking in and was told it had been out of service for over 2 months and that they had tried to call everyone to advise. We were disappointed as this was a deciding factor in the choice of this hotel. The elevator to the upper level made questionable sounds and we used the stairs for the rest of our stay. The tub was not clean, had a film of dusty cleaner and not suitable for a bath. The bed had a cover that felt plastic and made crunchy sounds. The walls were thin and between the neighbours and the lengthy toilet running noise it was not very relaxing. The kitchen staff were very friendly and attentive to the breakfast bar and this left me feeling a little more positive about our stay.

Beautiful lobby and eating area!
Overall experience was pretty good, breakfast was good. The pool and a hot tub were closed which was unfortunate because it that wasn’t vocalized. However, they did offer a free YMCA pass for the pool and hot tub up the road. Just not as convenient if you’re only staying one night

Quick overnighter
Just a quick overnight shopping trip, we have stayed here several times and love the location because it is convenient to pretty much everywhere we shop. The service is always great, breakfast is decent. The pool is still out of commission but we never seem to have time to use it anyway.

All the staff were very nice, especially at check in. I arrived about 1:30am & the clerk at the desk was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent & had lots to choose from. I wish I could have used the pool but it was closed for a couple of weeks. I will definitely stay again!

Sarah, Marykay and Rachel (?) were superb in helping us. Large hotel with good handicap parking (although ADA beds quite tall). But disappointed when Expedia could not change four day reservation to three and wrongly suggesting hotel could. Don't be worried about street noise as property is very large and goes way back. Fairly priced, excellent breakfast and good location if you want to be north of downtown. But again businesses are made by their employees and those three were great.

I thought this property was pretty good for this type of hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, safe and good amenities in the room. I would stay there again if I came back to Spokane.
