The guy at the front desk Michael is the nicest part about this place, that and the low cost of my stay. This place was easily $150 cheaper for 2 nights than almost every other hotel in Spokane Valley. That said, it’s really dirty, the rooms are dated and smell stale/sour. The carpet was really gross and there seemed to be old crap, literally crap in one of the chairs in my room. Would only stay here again if I was down to my last dollars, other than that. Michael was super cool and helpful, we had a great chat at the front desk when I checked in.

I understand that it was a smoking room and I've seen the same done for pet rooms and I'm fine cause the price was right and no real complaints other than holes in the blanket and comforter plus everything was stained with tar. Very positive on the price and that shower was great

I stayed at this hotel recently and did not feel safe. The environment felt very sketchy, and there was a broken window in one of the nearby buildings that added to the unsafe atmosphere. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and I would not stay here again.

This place is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I would recommend pay the little extra get a different hotel room the room stunk and there were cigarette burns in all bed coverings and sheets the pillow cases were stained and the pillows were worn out. I feel like choice hotels would pull their license if even their maids tried to stay here. Again the worst place ever stayed and they charged me a $100 deposit for the room they should have gave me a $100 to go get disinfected after just stepping in the room.

I reserved your hotel for Feb 13th. I tried to check in about 3:30 and no one was at the counter. There was a note to call a number and that number rang to the front desk where no one was. I checked back between 4:00-4:15 and still no one there. I had to get to changed and get to a meeting and could wait any longer. Things improved when the Spokane Police arrived. This is the grimmist and most sketchy place that I have ever spent the night in and I have lots of 3rd world travel experience. Great place if you want to find a hooker or meth. Not so good if you want a good nights sleep.

If at all possible, do not stay there

Very dirty, carpet filthy, grime behind the sink taps, urine Stan’s on the floor beside the toilet. Pillows very flat.
