More than we could ask for in a one night stay. The hotel is right on the river walk. After arriving we walked downstream to the upper and lower falls, and back through the river park. In the morning we went upstream through the 3 universities. The room was very nice. The restaurant was good (not great) and very convenient, right on the river. There is a large pool and hot tub that we took advantage of. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We'll defintely stay there again.

Pool area daily hose down and or once a week pressure wash… not all guest are clean and pick up afterwards.. But all in all we will be back.. oh and have alcoholic beverages at the front desk not everybody always wants to go to the Osprey. Maybe you want to enjoy a beer in your room quietly.
