The staff at the Sleep Inn Spokane were sooo nice and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was good (standard hotel breakfast, but all was fresh). All the staff at the hotel was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. In the end, this was not a hotels.com booking though. When hotels.com failed to confirm our registration with the hotel, the hotel went out of their way to find us a room for both nights even though they were fully booked for the second night. The hotels.com customer service person was not very friendly to the hotel desk clerk. I was on hold while he talk to her about 10 feet away, I had already told him everything that had happened. All that he offered me was a refund. We were almost unable to have a place to stay. I will consider booking directly from now on after this poor experience with hotels.com

It was ehhh.

Location was great, we went for the casino. Bed was uncomfortable. Lobby smelled like sewage the farther into the day it got. Id assume they are aware though since it smelled like gobs of air freshner trying to compete with pooh scent! Taylor who was working during my check in was awful and had a bad attitude on the phone as well as in person but we managed to get checked in regardless. I think it may be time she work in an industry that doesnt require human interaction.

Overall good stay!

Clean, friendly check-in, noon check out instead of 11 as many hotels do. Outdoor patio in breakfast area. Nice green grass for dog if you have one along. Overall good stay!

It was modern, clean, and had such friendly staff. From the time we arrived to when we left, the staff was wonderful. The pool area was very clean and kept up. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rooms were, knowing the air and car traffic around the hotel.
