Staff was great. The hotel vibe is classic. The rooms have been updated but still have an almost historic feel to them. Having access to the gym & classes is a great amenity to take advantage of.

The staff is very helpful. The location is wonderful, with restaurants and shops nearby. And the athletic club is amazing. I stay at the Spokane Club nearly every month for work, and it a pleasure.
