I’ve never had any issues at a Hilton, but for some reason our room was unusually noisy. It sounded like someone was stomping around in the room above us until about 10pm , then again for a while at 4am, and then again from about 6a until we checked out at 9:30. When the noise was present , it was loud and constant, didn’t just come and go. Weird . Maybe it was a ghost .

The hotel and staff were nice. The room was way too small! We had a king size room. No closet, just a hanging area. It was hard to get around the room because too small and no areas to put suitcases.

This was a great choice of hotel to stay at with my children. We stayed two nights for a weekend in Silverwood. Staff were friendly, great and helpful. Loved how quests got together in the lobby for breakfast. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back next time we're around.

Hotel was nice, newer, so it was clean! Great water pressure for the shower! Convenient to the freeway, and dining options close by! It felt like a safe area, didn't see any homeless or sketchy people around, which was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Great comfortable choice
Our family really enjoyed our stay at TRU by Hilton Spokane Valley. Room and hotel was clean and quiet. No harsh smells. Breakfast was good and constantly restocked. Gorgeous park across the street. They also had games and a pool table in Lobby which I thought was a nice touch. We didn't utilize them as we stayed to go to silverwood theme park. I wish this hotel was closer to silverwood.

disappointed with Hilton
Was short, expensive, and even thought check in was 4pm our rooms were not ready till after 5 pm. thus making us late for an a dinner event with family. breakfast was a wait and see if they were going to refill the tiny hot contain with eggs. there is no daily house keeping. pool was not open till 9am a little late for a morning swim. was not impressed with this place for the price of it.
