The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

Perfect stay with lots of extra amenities. Staff was amazing and luggage hold was super helpful as we wanted to explore Lyon without carrying our bags around. We loved the location and extra thoughtful amenities like coffee machine and places to hang out. Merci pour tout!

Okko Lyon is fantastic! Lovely hotel, comfy room and friendly staff! They have a lounge for all guests to make use of too complete with coffee, massive selection of make your own tea and cake!

The stay was very plesant. The staff were fantastic in every mean, the location is probabaly the best in town and the breakfast was very good. I missed only one thing - the large room had no desk so I could not work my Laptop.

Nice hotel. Good location to restaurants and tours. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lift was not working but staff helped carry luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was good.
