We found a used facecloth in our room on the shower. And there was no compensation for this. We asked for extra toilet paper on our late checkout and never did receive any. They forgot to let the staff know we had a late checkout. We had two different people knock on our door and had to still call the front desk and wait in queue to talk to someone to let them know. Self check in was a nice option and quick to beat the line.

I didn't like the attack of sales selling time sare. It wad a very high pressure sales method and very insulting. They drove division between my partner and I. Then got her alone by me watching the children. It made me sick and set the tone for our entire stay. Very sad.

I would stay here 1 million times! The hotel was amazing very clean very professional lots to do really good food snd the pool was amazing probably the best part

The only thing I didn't like about the room was the shower. It didn't have a fully enclosed shower, only had half covered so I splashed water on the floor near the toilet. The showerhead was one of those hand held ones and couldn't be situated high on the wall. The water pressure could have been a lot stronger as well. Apart from that everything was great. I enjoyed the casino, stores, restaurants, and food hall. The blackjack dealers were really fun, especially Evan. We had a good time with him, even if he did take all my money! I would definitely stay at the Rio in the future, and I would recommend it to family and friends who wouldn't mind staying off strip. Thanks for everything.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews this was a great stay for the money. Bed was comfy, room was clean, price was nice. No creamer for the coffee in the morning but whatever go get Starbucks yo lol.
