The room and the common areas of the hotel were very well maintained. We enjoyed almost everything about the hotel, and would quite willingly stay there again, if the opportunity arose. The maintenance guy walking into our room was very off-putting; he said he was checking for a leak, but didn't actually go into the bathroom, which was weird. We really got a kick out of the deer just outside our patio door! :o)

Location was amazing. On the strip, walking distance to everything. Zion shuttle stop directly in front of Inn. From front and back of hotel Zion giants. Gorgeous. The associated restaurant, gift and ice cream shop were cozy and quaint. Huge delicious breakfast included with room. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location for Zion (at a shuttle stop) and Springdale amenities (1 block walk to grocery store; many restaurants, etc in short walking distance). Clean, spacious room with a magnificent view. Excellent choice for a visit to Zion. Bonus petting zoo behind hotel!
