The location and view is great, breakfast is restaurant quality (line is abit long but worth the wait). And the front desk/customer service is top-notch! We left a journal book at the room by mistake and when we called back later, they were able to locate it and mailed it back to us! This hotel is so friendly and take care of their customers! Will highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Bumblebees
Amazing experience and absolutely stunning location and views. Loved the hotel and services. However the experience at the adjacent restaurant (Potters) was horrible - some of the associates in this restaurant were very rude in their appearance and communication. We will think twice before going or even recommending this restaurant (which this hotel use as their breakfast partner) due to the poor experience we had at Porters resturant.

This property is right in the middle of town with a 10 min drive into the national park. The staff at the property especially the reception were very nice and the breakfast is great! You get your money’s worth for sure, definitely recommend this property!

Very nice room with mountain view. I also really liked the goats and horses behind the room. But First we were woken up at 6:30 by the neighbors in the room above as if they were moving the furniture...then breakfast is included but in a restaurant next door. It is very good but we had to wait 45 minutes to be served...the staff at this restaurant were not very pleasant and the waitress told me twice to give her a TIP. First normally when the hotel breakfast is included in the price we do not have a TIP to give and then waiting 45 minutes for a breakfast is abusive.
