We had problems on the lock of our room but Kelly, the manager responded very quickly and got it fixed. We also had problems with the charges to our credit card which she also took care of. Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend the place to family and friends.

Driftwood Lodge offered exceptional cleanliness and stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly, and shuttle stop #7 is conveniently located right in front of the lodge.

We loved staying here. The view from our room was spectacular. The property was well kept and everyone very nice and helpful. Only thing I would improve would be the bed needs an upgrade.

Great place and spectacular views

Driftwood Lodge is very underrated. We had a room in the Narrows building, room 515. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is large.The view and the balcony was spectacular. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The room was so large they even had two sitting chairs for you to relax and enjoy the views of the canyon. It is a bit far from the center of Springdale about a mile from. The market and bakery but if are at Zion to hike what is another mile? Would definitely consider staying here again.

I would give it 5 stars except they run out of hot water around 4 pm until 7 or so. Perfectly understandable but my reason for missing one star.

This place had the best views in town. I lived sitting on our balcony watching the sun set against the mountains! Very convenient to the bus stop for park entrance at Zion. Very friendly staff!
