Peaceful Zion
Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The view from our room was breathtaking. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the young man was helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay at this lodge again and refer my friends to stay.

I was welcomed by Marty who was wonderful to chat with and shares a birthday with my wedding anniversary. I was traveling for work and was fortunate enough to find such a gem within my budget. It doesn't get much better than the patio and hot tub right outside the South entrance of Zion. The bed was on the softer side, not too firm and I slept very well. I would stay here every time I come through if I could. I thank Hans as well, I appreciate the accommodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the option of hopping on and off the shuttle right in front of the place. We were there in November, and although we were told the hot tub was up and running, it was clearly shut down for the season. The laundry room and ice maker room had several things out of order, and were a bit run down. Also, the restaurant attached to the lodge is not part of the lodge, and to get breakfast, we had the option of purchasing a discounted voucher to go get breakfast about a mile away.

Yeah the room itself was very spacious extremely clean, the towels were extremely soft. I only complaint was the mattress and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, thus made it very difficult to sleep.

Martee greeted us after hours and went above and beyond that exceeded our expectations. He helped us when we needed help with our reservations and the general manager was willing to accommodate us. This hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and is outside of Zion National Park. We were able to go to Bryce Canyon which is about an hour and a half a way from this location. The breakfast voucher to Oscar’s is definitely a plus and the restaurants are within walking distance. We ate at many of the establishments but Oscar’s was my favorite and Pizza and Noodles was fantastic.

Its a great place to stay, close to zion park and downtown. Theres even a shuttle stop next to the hotel.

We had a nice "elevated" double queen with a wonderful patio next to the river and views of the mountains. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Also, the hot tub had tons of foam forming when the jets turned on indicating it needed some attention. Other than that, our stay was terrific!
