Great views of canyon out back of patio. Liked breakfast voucher for Oscar’s Cafe. Did not like $10 per day parking charge. Staff was friendly.

Gorgeous grounds and atmosphere, but try not to be on ground floor. You can hear every step above, it's like herds of elephants walking around. And iwish there were luggage racks instead of them having to be on the floor. Hot tub was nice and everyone was really friendly.

The property is understated from the road, but extends quite a way back with several buildings. We had a second-floor room in one of the farther back buildings, and it was amazing!! The room was large, with huge windows looking right down Zion canyon! Spectacular! It had a roomy covered porch with chairs, we loved watching the sun set on the canyon from our porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Zion. It's just far enough from the visitors center to where it's more peaceful, but close enough to drive (10 minute drive). Amazing backdrop with the mountains and open fields. The Springdale Shuttle stop 7 is also located at the property. The bathroom design is a little odd with the separate sink area from the toilet/tub, but that's not a dealbreaker and wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

Very good location, convenient to shuttle stop. We had a room with a view of the mountains. Room was clean and spacious. We had a patio with chairs. I guess my only complaint was there was always someone mowing the yard, weedeating and moving dirt around. We could only use the patio after 5 pm due to yard work.

This place is absolutely stunning! Such a beautiful setting, you don’t even need go into Zion LOL! The room is more like an apartment, very spacious, dairy clean, nice bed, lovely towels, lots of coffee, and the views are amazing as was the privacy each room had with a terrace or balcony! Housekeeping was so nice & went out of their way to help us with any request!! Very relaxing & close to everything!! Nice pool too!
