Had an unfortunate experience with their booking and staff. Unprofessional receptionist when I complained that my booking for two queen beds were not honored. They placed me and my companion in a king size bed with a small pullout couch with a sunken mattress. I was informed they were fully booked. No accommodation to the pricing was made and they were not pleasant when I complained. I did not ask for a full refund, but they should have discounted the rate for the inconvenience of an uncomfortable stay. The surprise of having to share a bed was not expected and the pullout couch was worse than sleeping on the floor. They definitely need to replace the entire couch and mattress. Hamptons, you did a bad thing by telling a customer that they do to guarantee any booking on Expedia. Be forewarned....this hotel states they do not guarantee any bedroom you chose on expedia! Expedia tried to resolve the issue and said the following "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain approval from the property manager to issue a refund."

Good location right next to shuttle bus stop however we had no warm water for an evening bath or for a following hot shower morning. Strands of hair were found in the bath tube. It’s wasteful and not sustainable to be constantly removing slightly used soap bars from the soap tray and giving out new soap bars every morning and taking away slightly used towels (many hotels do not replace w/new soap bars unless the resident throws them on. the ground.

Great spot for Zion visit
Great location near shuttle stop. Nice breakfast. Bathroom layout a little weird with no place to hang a hand towel and hand soap and lotion hanging on opposite walls with sink in middle. Towels are not plush. But staff is really friendly and attentive. Would stay again.

The home made cookies were amazing ! It was clean , beds and pillows soft and the view from our window was beautiful mountains. Room was big and convenient to walk to transportation bus and shopping restaurants. Def will return

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help with any need or request. The room was immaculate and freshened daily with thoughtful touches. And we loved coming in at night and finding a tray of freshly baked cookies awaiting us, or leaving on a hike and picking up snacks that the kitchen staff had prepared for us to take with us. Very thoughtful & accommodating! We could not have asked for more! Also, the outdoor eating area has an incredible view at sunrise and sunset!

We absolutely loved our stay here! A mile walk to park entrance. E bike rentals, coffee, food, and a speak easy next door! The complimentary breakfast offered a large variety and even fresh fruit and vegetables cleaned and bagged to grab on the go for day snack in the park!
