Everything was great here. Staff was very nice and friendly as you first walked in. They had gave us recommendations on what to see in the area. The room was clean and updated. The only complaint is the bed was hard. Breakfast was great everyday and hot. The hotel was close to the shuttle and very easy acces.

Fast friendly check in. Staff was really helpful at check in and during breakfast time. On my last day at breakfast I met a female staff member greeting everyone in the morning. She asked about our stay, how well we slept, and how was our breakfast... a really friendly and cheerful woman which i wasn't expecting but I definitely will return because she adds value to my hotel stay. I wish more hotel staff at other hotels have the same energy and spirit like her and the front desk staff that morning. Keep up the great work!!!

Great location but no air conditioning.

We stayed for only one night while passing through Zion. Check in was fine, location is great. Mountain View’s all around and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy shuttle into park. This was however the worst night of our trip due to an extremely noisy air conditioner which final died completely, leaving us in a stuffy 80* room. Not much sleep was had. Insult to injury was that when we reported the air conditioner at check out, it had also been reported the day before yet we were still given the room.
