Nice comfortable room near Zion Shuttle stop. Lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. Friendly helpful and kind staff. Manager was cheerful and and made sure we were taken care of. Two days after our departure, notified we had left a backpack in our room. They are shipping back to us. Honest and very efficient.

The location of this hotel is tough to beat. It is walking distance to great restaurants, coffee and Zion National Park. There are some issues with the bathrooms and they need an update. It was worth the expense for convenience, but I expected more from a Hampton inn. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was great. Overall, it's a good stay, but I will probably try a different Springdale hotel next time.

Really pretty property w great views. Staff, especially breakfast team, were very friendly. Good breakfast and choices changed by day. Pool looked awesome. Oversize room w nice seating area. Close to NP and Springdale is a really cute town w lots of dining choices in walking distance. Easy access to shuttles if you’re using those. Highly recommend for your Zion adventure!

Extremely overpriced. Our air conditioner didn’t work and it was never fixed after we asked for someone to look at it. The drain in the bathroom was backed up. Our bedding was stained and one of the beds squeaked terribly. Don’t waste your money. There must be better options in the area.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located for our trip to Zion. Spacious modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Shuttle stop 6 is located right outside the hotel. The breakfast is good enough. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Red Rock. Only negative, room ac sounded like a freight train. Ended up having to turn it off to get some rest. Walking distance to places to eat
