Virtual check in was trying. Found out you need to use hotels wifi for proper connection. Room was very clean but an overwhelming smell of lavender triggered a migraine and we had to keep the door open for a least an hour to reduce the smell. Room was on second floor with no elevator, so taking heavy suitcases up stairs was physically demanding. Excellent location, shuttle bus stop in front of hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very nice shower. I would recommend this hotel.

Love this place. Located a short distance away from the center so it was quiet. Ample parking. Very clean, safe, quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. We didn't use the pool but used the hot tub. A gas station is across the street. There's a restaurant also across the street but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Highly recommend this place. Everything is done online but communication was quick, staff responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The shower pressure was weak never got a good refreshing shower. The room could use a chair instead of the 2 foot rest. I thought the tv was cumbersome to work. They should put some maps and brochures in the room the show the trails and rental activity.

Seemed like a newer property. Clean and the bed was comfy. Check-in and checkout are self service which was new to me but not an issue.
