Great location, close to the shuttle to get into the park. Amenities were also great although I think a continental breakfast would have been better than the SAME bagged breakfast would be a better option. It allows for variety and suits people dietary needs.

Fabulous day in Springdale

Springdale is a wonderful place to spend a few hours a perhaps a week or more. Unfortunately, we only had one night and made the best of it. We enjoyed this day. It was convenient. It was walkable. The room was pleasant. The surroundings were beautiful. We felt safe and spend as much time outside in the surroundings and walking the community in the evening as we did in our room this is absolutely a must do.

We chose this property for location, free parking, and price. We tried calling twice the day off and the calls went to voicemail which was full. So we booked on Expedia. Check in was great and the staff looked and acknowledged the missed calls. The room was spacious but the bed wasn't centered on the wall so the electrical outlets were too far from the side bed tables to plug items in. Also, the shower has no shelf, the bathroom has no hooks, and the shower has rusted around the edges and needs replacing. Plus, water pressure is very low. The breakfast is a bag of a packaged bagel, packaged muffin, cream cheese, yogurt, and an apple. The good is 24 hour coffee in the lobby and the free parking, plus location. This was shared with the staff who were receptive to the feedback and very nice

I would give this property high marks across the board. To help the owners out, i want to give some detail about how to make it even better. i stayed on 2nd floor and at night temperatures were below freezing plus evening rain. ive been on east coast time and waking early. found great coffee down the road so i was up early every morning, so it was dark. the lighting could be approved. i was in the dark and there was a lot of slippery (ice) on that 2nd floor. but this place overall is very good and i would definitely recommend. Great value!

Convenient to dining options in the entrance to Zion. However the fact that the lobby doesn't open till 730 to get coffee is not a great thing. The in room coffee is terrible, so we ended up getting coffee before the lobby closed and then just heating it in the microwave the next morning. Not ideal but better than going without when you wanna get a head start to get into the park. Also the breakfast is kind of a joke. You need to up your game on that one.

A comfortable room. Maintenance needs to fix the small things like a broken toilet paper holder and vanity faucet. The bag breakfast was boring and always the same. A cold bagel without a toaster leaves a lot to be desired. Very close to the entrance to Zion and good restaurants. The local supermarket is overpriced.
