All of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. My only complaint is the rudeness of other guests that were there, they had no concept of quiet time, and the walls in the rooms are very thin, so even loud conversations are heard by your neighbors. Rooms were very clean I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, had to leave too early for work, that's not their fault I would stay there again if I needed to

Everything about this hotel was outstanding, especially the staff. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff is stellar!! This is definitely our go to hotel when in Springfield!!

This hotel was alright. The breakfast was about what you get at any other hotel in this price range. Nothing special. The pool was very loud. Lots of little kids and the area where the pool is at echos every scream. So it makes it really hard to hear anyone you are talking to. The hot tub was hot but VERY small. Barely fits three adults and you would be touching each other. The rooms were nice. Nothing fancy. Bathrooms were outdated. The beds were very comfortable. You get a 15 percent discount to wonders of wildlife which is right across the street.

The service was good, but the room and the stay overall was not very good, the fan/AC in the room was louder than my TV and did not work. As far as the TV goes, I couldn’t tell if the static was louder from no channels or the AC that didn’t work. Also stay away from the hot tub. It was hot. Yes but the water was nasty. The breakfast was good

The staff was nice. The hallways and facility looked like they were under construction, areas in hall where there was patching for repainting or repairs? The pool/jacuzzi area was underwhelming for certain. We didn’t even go.

The stay was great. The only problem I have is that Expedia charged my credit card and then they also charged my husband to his credit card when we arrived. I’m looking for someone to help me resolve this issue.

The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was adequate but small and the door opened into toilet. They have no drinks available unless you want to pay cash at vending machine. Pool is small and hot tub fits maybe 4 people. The receptionist was nice. The TV is basic channels. Couldn’t watch HGTV or even rodeo. It was ok for a one night stay. I won’t stay there again when need hotel in Springfield will try somewhere else. It is close to Bass pro shop, aquarium and museums. Several restaurants nearby. If show your room key to restaurant in bass pro they will give you a 15% discount. Overall, I would say it was adequate. The pictures online make it seem better than what it actually is.

Great customer service from check in to housekeeping to Dawn assisting with Brekfast. The rooms are clean and cute The indoor pools is very nice You have an amazing Bass Pro Shop, Aquarium, BassOutlet the people who work here are so friendly and helpful! All around this Lodge was with the money and stay Our service dog loved the dog park in the back! He even got a couple treats! We need one in CA
