The property was close to the aquarium and other shopping. The pictures of the property were beautiful, but the reality of the property was not. $200 per night was WAY overpriced. There was absolutely nothing special about this place. No microwave in room, no bathroom trash can, no shelves in shower, water pressure low, VERY small bathroom and room area, a/c unit knocked and was loud. Swim area was very small and only 2 tables. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Overall satisfaction, 1 star

Great option versus big box hotels.

Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, a lot to choose from. Location was centrally located and close to amenities.

The cable wasnt working on the television. Limited to only a few channels. Room was too close to the weight / exercise room. We could hear the machines and people running on the treadmill.

The teenage boy working the counter was rude. The pool was small and the hot tub was unusable because it was dirty and smelled HORRIBLE! The room was super small, must use a wide angle lens. The lobby looks good, but beyond that it did not live up to the expectations of being associated with Bass Pro Shop!

My biggest disappointment was price. It’s priced at a high end hotel, when in fact it’s a mediocre hotel. The value just wasn’t there. I could have stayed at a Hilton for less per night.
