I was rather disappointed with the hotel. The room had a bad smell and there were stains on the ceiling the bathroom that I could not identify until the people in the floor above used the shower. Then I could tell that there was a leak. Water was running down the wall from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very good - hot and with lots of options. But otherwise the facility and atmosphere was not great for families with little kids. Room had terrible lighting and heavy bleach smell. Hot tub was not working. Pool towels are by request only, and everywhere there are signs about theft, checking IDs, etc. The lobby and breakfast area has these big gambling/slot machine type games for 21 guests. Our little kids did not understand why these bright colorful machines are not for them to touch or play. Just not the vibe we were hoping for. Not a terrible stay for one night, but we won't stay here again when there are other options available.

We stayed 4 nights and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The staff is excellent, the room and amenities were very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. This is 2 nd time we have stayed here in the past 2 years and both times were great. We will always choose this hotel for our Springfield stays if available. We travel over 8 hours from home to get there and we always enjoy the area and our stay at this hotel.

We booked the suite and it was a really reasonable price. It had 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus all the traditional continental breakfast options (waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries and toast). Room was very neat and clean. My only "complaint" was with so much bed space, we expected extra toilet paper, towels and washcloths in the room but nothing a quick run down to the front desk didnt resolve. Again, the staff was very frienly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Musty smell in the room. I picked up some Febreze and all was good. They have the door cards that you insert the door card. After trying 5 or more cards they got one that worked.
