I have not even made it to the pool yet and this place is excellent. The room was very clean exceptionally clean and the staff was so polite and very clear on communication to help me find my room. I am very pleased and right now. I am enjoying my stay stretched out on this comfortable bed.!!!!! thank you so much expedia.com for hooking me up with a good room for cheap. I got it at almost a3 of the price Springfield does have it going on

Having to put down a cash deposit was annoying. Doing the pool maintenance during the hours you have guests is a poor choice. It could easily be done between checkout time and check in time. Other than that it was a suitable hotel stay.

Easy check-in and out, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and the hot tub was hot! The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was nice first thing in the morning before heading out on the road.

As soon as we shut the door and moved the bar over the lock, the lock broke. There weren’t any “do not disturb” signs to use. So while we were at the hospital, housekeeping came in and either took or threw away the toilet paper we brought with us. The property is in bad need of upgrades.

No coffee made for guests. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Rehydrated eggs. Canned gravy No fresh fruit . Didnt have real creamers for coffee Took away limed ice water that is put put for patrons to use . No coffee maker in room Not welcoming at all. Greatly disappointed
