Last night I made a reservation through Expedia.com and upon arrival was told my room was unavailable and they were completely booked and the male working on 04/11/2025 but the lady working came out as I was getting ahold of Expedia for a refund stated that she would check and there were a few room available including the one I booked. I was excited as I paid for the jacuzzi room I believe 261 and upon trying to take a bath in the jacuzzi tub I realized there were a few roaches 1 was alive and the others went down the drain of the bath tub so unsure if they were dead or alive. I went to get into the bath tub and realized there was either a lot of dead skin and gunk or some chemicals floating in the water. I do believe it was possibly chemicals due to it smelling like a spa that was over chlorinated after the water and jets had been running for a minute I filled the tub twice and it did the same thing even after cleaning the tub again.

The rooms were very very clean. Mine was a non-smoking room and there was no remnant of any type of smoke in that room. The carpet looked new and everything was clean spotless. It was nice to drive right up to the motel being I had two dogs. They don’t charge for the dogs and have dog bones at check-in. You also get a free bottle of water which I took one for me and one for the dogs they have a beautiful grassy area that you can get a bag and let your dog go to the bathroom and they have a garbage can for you to put it in a very nice pool area and a playground for kids. For the price you couldn’t beat it. I give this property at 10.

The room was clean but an older hotel. The door was on the outside which was a safety issue. The front desk associate assured there had not been reports of concerns. There were plenty of fresh face and bath towels. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Hotel was clean and I loved the parking right outside the door. Staff was friendly. The mattresses weren’t super comfortable but not horrible. I could hear my neighbors on both sides also. Otherwise good property but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
