Price was not cheap, but quality is low.

The AC smells mold when turn on. Please replace the air filter every 3 months according to schedule. My first night's room was facing the interstate hwy and it was very noisy, also the bed is uncomfortably recess in the middle section. I asked to change room on 2nd day and it was better, at lease the highway noise is gone.

Loved the location near the metro station.King bed was very comfortable. In person staff were helpful and friendly. I did not like talking to the "kiosk". We were on the 6th floor and the toilet plumbing was a concern for me. It was so slow flushing that I was not confident that it wouldn't overflow. Even after expressing my concern in the morning and told maintenance would check, there was no difference on our second night.

Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities like fridge, free wifi, free parking, outdoor pool. We had a couple of problems. Late at night, the smoke detector's batteries ran low. When we tried to let the front desk know, the telephone wasn't working. Neither was the hair dryer, on the same circuit. All were repaired the next day.

Breakfast is amazing! We did have to get shampoo and conditioner from downstairs because our room was all lotion. The hotel rooms were well kept. There is only one entrance in. I’d assume this helps keep the hotel secure better. Overall, this was a great place to stay. We will be returning!

Everything was decent about the Best Western Hotel except the main thing, the beds are HORRIBLE. I got about 2hrs of tosssing and turning sleep. I would have slept better sleepibg in my car and saving the $125.00 I spent for the room. The one bed has a permanent sinkhole in the middle and you feel like youre being sucked it. This day is going to suck for me because I just worked an 18hr day last night and today I have to work a 15hr day all on 2 hours of sleep. I'm writing this as I lay in these miserable beds dreading my upcoming work day. I sure hope the coffee at the breakfast buffet is super strong... Will NOT be staying here again.
