There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and they offer a great breakfast with a great pool. overall it was a great place to stay. What i didnt like there was not a lot of walkable places.

Overnight stay to attend an evening function in the area. Could tell the hotel was old but had been extensively remodeled. The breakfast and front desk areas were very nice. The room was rather small with the sink/mirror in the room and the bathroom contained the toilet and shower/tub only. The shower was great. Room had a frig also which is good, just not much room to move around but extremely functional for the available space. Kudos to the hotel. Note: We were on the 3rd floor and the rear elevator light downbutton did not illuminate so we couldn't tell if the elevator was working or not - but we waited and it was. Room was clean and comfortable.

Buy Mattresses....

Nice location for Springfield... pleanty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean but the mattresses are in poor shape. They've got to be replaced. All other services and factors we fine!

I have used this property before and the experience from that visit to this visit was very different. Seems the management and up keep of the hotel has diminished considerably. The room just felt unclean - the floor, beds, shower, toilet, and sink - we were very reluctant to remove shoes and sleep on the bedding. The hallway was unkept and the smell of Cannabis in the hotel and outside areas was strong.
