Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. The staff were kind and helpful. We travel with our 2 dogs and really appreciate this quality of this hotel.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was perfect. This is now the only place I’ll stay if traveling in the area. One note, food options in Springfield are limited. We had food with us so it wasn’t an issue, but there are frozen dinners at the store next door if you can’t find anything else.

When I clicked on "directions" I was taken 30 miles out of my way to a dirt road with no internet access. Spent over an hour driving. When I called the hotel the staff was very helpful, giving me directions.
